*a couple days later*

Lexi's POV:

Missing Brooklyn was kissing me. It physically hurt but I knew I couldn't see him till i sorted it with Kyle.

I rang up Kyle.
'Hi' I said
'Hi there' he replied
'I need to talk to you' I said bluntly.
'About?' He question.
'Starbucks in 5' I said then hung up because even the sound of his voice annoyed me.

I made my way to Starbucks and ordered myself a drink and sat down and waited. I saw Kyle come in.

He walked over to where I was sitting. He silently sat down opposite me.
'What happened at Brighton shouldn't of happened' I stated. He started to talk but I kept speaking.
'Look I don't like you that way, I like you as s friend but if your gonna to continue making flirty comments we can't even be that'
'I understand but can I ask you a question?' He asked. I nodded.
'What do you see in Brooklyn' he said slightly angrily. I smiled to my self at the thought of him.
'It's something I can't explain' I said.

He didn't really reply. Out of the corner of my eye I saw someone staring. I looked. He got up and started to walk out.

'Brooklyn' I whispered in shocked. Kyle looked confused but I just got up and ran to the door.

I left Starbucks, I looked left and right trying to spot him. I saw him go into a park across the street.

I ran after him. I didn't car if I looked like a stalker. I caught up with him.
'Brooklyn' I said shyly.

He turned around. Wow I forget how hot he was. He ruffled his hair and took of his sunglasses. He didn't speak.

I took a step towards him.
'I've missed you' he said looking Into his eyes. His slightly smiled but didn't say anything.

'I spoke to Kyle' I said.
'I saw' he replied.
'I told him to back of and made sure he knew I only wanted to be friends' I said taking another step forward. He smiled but tried and failed to hide it.
'And Jenny?' He asked.
'Were friends again' I said.

He took a step closer. We were really close now. He grabbed my hands and intertwined his fingers with mine. I smiled.
'And me?' He questioned.
'All I know is that you make me crazy and no matter how hard we try we can never be just friends' I admitted.

'And is that a bad thing?' He asked pulling me even closer. I smiled and bit my lip.
'No one said that' I smirked

I saw someone behind him fumble with a camera. I quickly turned around and ran away.

I picked up my phone and called Brooke.
'Sorry I ran, there was someone with a camera and I wanted it to be just us'
He understood then said
'Are your busy today you could come round mine'
'I agreed and he said he would meet me round the corner.

A few minuets later he turned up and handed me his hoodie so I could hide my face. I put in in and we walked to his.

Brooklyn's POV:

I was so happy Lexi forgave me. I knew I totally mess up and hopefully that's all behind us now.

I understood why she ran from the paps, I would to if I had saw them. I'm 16 I just want a relationship that isn't going to be in the news for everyone to hear about.

I figured most of our relationship would have to be in secret and we would have to act like friends out in public.

I asked her back to mine so no one would see us. I also gave her my hoodie to hide her face as she was paranoid about them.

As we walked up to my house I was praying now one would be in to embarrass me.

'Wooh your house is beautiful' she gasped. I blushed as I didn't want her to think I was showing of.

I got out my keys but before I could unlock the door it was already swinging open.

'Brooklyn I told you not to play football in the house, I found the broken case you hid in the bushes out back' dad shouted loudly.

I signalled with my eyes so he would notice Lexi.
'Oh sorry I didn't see you there, come in. I'm David, Brooklyn's dad' he said nicely to her.
'I know and Brooklyn you really shouldn't be playing football in the house' She joked while stepping inside.

I rolled my eyes at her and dad just laughed and said
'She's a keeper' with a wink.
