City Hospital...

We could see a girl looking very anxious and nervous, and anyone could clearly tell after looking at her state that she was really worried and was looking for someone. Something might happen with someone who was close to her or might be her family member.

"Nurse, Miss Trisha Malhotra? which ward is she in?" That girl asked the receptionist.

Now it was clear that she was here for Trisha.

"May I know your relationship with the patient?" The receptionist asked as it was a police case, so they needed to check the visitors to report it to the police, as they instructed by the police officer.

"I am her sister, Mishika Malhotra," The person replied.

Yes, she was Mishika Malhotra.

Mishika Malhotra - The Female Lead of the story, She was the daughter of Rajeev Malhotra and Sakshi Malhotra and sister of Trisha Malhotra. She loved her family a lot and could do anything for them, but she made a big mistake because of the love she had for her family, and she lost the love of her life. She was a gorgeous girl, which every guy wanted, and every girl envied. She was a strong girl but a little sensitive as well.

"Okay, she is in room number 405,Go straight and then take left," The receptionist informed her and guided her.

"Thank you and may I know where can I find the doctor who is treating my sister?" Mishika asked her.

"Yes, You just need to go straight, the fourth cabin is the doctor's," The receptionist said.

"Thank you so much," Mishika said and went to her sister's room.

She went to her sister's room to check on her, but she found her sleeping due to the effect of the medicine, so she went to see the Doctor to know more about her sister's condition.

She reached at the door of the cabin and knocked at the door.

"Come in," The reply came, and she walked in.

"Hello, Doctor, I am Mishika Malhotra, Trisha malhotra's sister, may I know what happed to her and how is her condition right now," Mishika asked.

"First Sir down and then we will discuss about it," The Doctor said, and Mishika sat on the chair which was placed opposite of the Doctor.

"Everything is fine right now, but this incident can be left a trauma on her so you need to be very careful and do not leave her alone, and when I was checking her I found that she used to use drug, is it correct?" The Doctor asked.

"What?" Mishika asked in shock as she did not know anything about it.

"Did you not know about it, I found some traces of drugs in her blood, she might have left using recently but right now not using it," The Doctor replied calmly.

"Doctor, how is that possible, I know my sister was an alcoholic but she was not a drug addicted, she also went to rehibe center to get rid of this," Mishika could not believe his words at all.

"I think you did not aware about it, do not worry, she is not taking it now, but I can not confirm the future but you need to be very careful and yes, someone drugged your sister and tried to take advantage of her but a person saved her on time and took her here," the Doctor explained the situation.

"What, someone drugged her?" Mishika was getting shocked one after another.

"Thanks, Doctor," Mishika said once the Doctor explained about Trisha's condition to her and how she had to take care of her.

After thanking the Doctor, she made her way to check on her sister again.

She went to her room and sat beside her sister, who was still unconscious.

"Didu, how are you? Whoo did this to you and why were you taking drugs?" There were lots of questions that she wanted to ask, but seeing her sister still unconscious, she did not know how to react.

Seeing the bruises on her sister's skin, she clenched her fist in anger.

"I promise Didu, I will not let that person off, I will make sure he will get his punishment for doing this to you," Mishika promised her sister.

"Ad...Advik," When Mishika was lost in her thought, she heard a whisper from her sister, and she could not believe that what she just heard.

"Didu, what are you saying?" Mishika asked her sister.

"Advik," Trisha only said this and went again to sleep, it was like she was seeing some dream, and she murmured a few words only, but she did not know what her words did to someone else.

"Advik? How could be him? and when did he come back? how could he do that to Didu?" Mishika started to murmur to herself in disbelief as she could not believe that Advik could do something like that.

"Advik Ahuja, I did not expect that you would stood so low, how could you do something shameless like that? I will not leave you," Mishikia clenched her fist in anger, and she stormed out of Trish'a ward.

After being instructed by to nurse to take care of her sister, she went straight to the police station to complain about it.

At the police station...

"Why did the officer called you again?" Veer asked Advik.

When they went back from the hospital and reached to their home Advik received a call from the police station about his statement as some details were left.

He had to come again as he was the primary witness to this incident, and it also included the influential people, so it was important for him to go.

"Soem details was left, so he called me for that," Advik replied to Veer.

"Okay, let's go if it completed," Veer said to which Advik nodded, and they both came out of the police station towards their car, which was parked outside of the police station.

When they reached to their car and were about to open the door, they heard someone's voice.

"Advik Ahuja, Stop right there," Someone roared angrily.

Advik's paused at the car door, which he was about to open, and he was stilled at his place because he could still recognize the person without even seeing.

He could recognize the person even in the millions of people.

There was lots of emotion that were about to erupt from his heart, and he was feeling happy, nervous, anxious, longing, etc.

He composed himself and turned to see the person whom he was longing to visit for a long time, but what he did not expect was the thing that happened as soon as he turned around.

"How dare you," The person said and just slapped him on his face, which made him shocked.

Advik looked at the person in shock and hurt, and disbelief.
