..........

We agreed to meet up in a cafe.

The moment I pushed open the heavy glass door, the cafe's busy warmth calmed me down. As always, it was crowded, buzzing with conversations. Shrugging off my wet coat, I saw Koko sitting alone in the corner waiting with a cup of coffee on the table.

"Hello," I greeted him while sitting in front of him.

"I've ordered a cup of coffee for you," He said.

"Thank you. There's something I have to tell you," I talked in a serious tone while holding the coffee he gave.

"What is it?" he replied.

"We'll be having a wedding ceremony once the baby is born and I hope that you'll come too," I said.

He smiled and promised that he would.

"I hope you will find someone soon," I added the last sentence that I wanted to tell him.

"You don't have to worry about that," He laughed.

...............

*timeskip to the wedding day*

The day has finally arrived.

After the hairdresser and makeup artist were done with helping me, I put on my wedding dress with the help of my friends.

I peeked through the window, the garden was converted into a fairyland. It was decorated with pots of flowers, thick red carpets and other glittering decorations. The guests were well dressed, which added to the atmosphere.

When I was trying to get back to my hairdresser to adjust my hair, I saw Rindou busy adoring me.

"You looked really beautiful today," He said,

"You look handsome too," His words made my face flushed and I suddenly remembered something.

"Where's our child?"

"Oh, I asked Ran to take care of her. He's fine with taking care of babies," He replied.

"The wedding is going to start soon, I have to go prepare now," He added.

"Alright, see you later,"

............

The moment I stepped on the red carpet with my friends, cameramen were busy capturing the scenes with their equipment. The guests were cheering. We were pleased with their welcomes.

While walking down the aisle, Koko was there too. I bowed my head a little and continued walking down.

*Rindou's POV*

She made me fall in love with her even more deeply. She's just so beautiful. Thank you for giving me another chance y/n.

..........

After I reached the altar, the ceremony began and officially announced us as husband and wife. We put the rings onto each other's fingers. His hand clasped my waist, lifted my chin and kissed me.

When the ceremony ended, we went to drink a toast with every table. Rindou drank the wine in one go at every table as most of the guests requested it.

The situation is getting kinda messier now, most of the people were getting drunk including Rindou.

Ran didn't drink that much as he is required to take care of our child. I went to find him at the same time checking whether the child was sleeping.

"I guess the noises made her excited and didn't want to sleep," Ran said while carrying her.

"Thank you so much for taking care of her,"

"No worries, she's a good girl. It's getting kind of late too, I'll bring her back to your house too, I'm sure you can't handle a drunk Rindou and your daughter at the same time right? It's harder to take care of him than your daughter," He joked.

"Sure and thank you again for your help. Text me when you almost arrive. Drive safely!"

.........

The dinner ended and everyone went back.

After carrying Rindou to our car, I saw Koko that was about to leave too. I stopped him.

"Congrats you two" He started the conversation first.

"I left two seats for you hoping that your partner will come too,"

"Not that fast yet, had been busy with work now, money first" He laughed awkwardly.

"Come over my house and play with my child too when you're free or maybe when you have a partner first"

"I will, but not the partner one yet haha so do you want me to fetch y'all back? You drank some wine didn't you?" He asked.

"It's okay I'm fine, still sober enough to drive back, and let's meet up again when you are free then, bye!"

I waved at him and got into the car.

..........

*Koko's POV*

When y/n was leaving, I kept watching her going. Until when their car was far from my sight, she didn't look back at me.

At this point, everything around me was a blur as tears fell one after the other.

"I have been waiting for you to look back. As long as you look back, I'll bring you to somewhere else and stay together"
