ya ves:part 2

I woke up that morning to an empty room.

I groaning sitting up from my bed and stepped into my slippers. The clock on the nightstand in-between our beds said it was 9:42 am.

I yawned going down stairs. I heard laughing and talking going on.

"Goodmorning." I said making everyone turn who wasn't already facing me.

"Morning y/n." Selena and everyone else said.

"Are you hungry?" A.B asked in the kitchen.

"No I'm alright. Thanks anyway though."

I sat down on the couch with Selena. She was watching Tom and Jerry of course.

We sat down for a few minutes watching tv before I started talking.

"Hey Selena, I was thinking of going over to my cousin's house today and seeing her kids. Want to come?"

She looked over at me, raising one eyebrow. "Of course I want to come! You know I love kids." She smiled.

"I knew you'd want to come." I said laughing.

Selena got up from her spot on the couch and ran up the stairs.

"Wait Sel! Where are you going?"

"To get ready, duh!" She said halfway upstairs, making her voice echo.

I scoffed to myself before telling her if wasn't time yet.

I heard her foot steps approaching downstairs and towards the couch.

I leaned my head back so I could look at her. I smiled and she squinted her eyes at me.

"What do you mean it's not time? Come on y/n, I want to see the little kids and they're cute faces!" She told me.

Her expectations were high when it came to children. My cousins weren't exactly the cleanest,cutest kids.

I mean they're not ugly but they're always making a mess or something. Always in your face or whatever.

"Selena, sweetheart, it's not time yet. I'll let you know when it's time to go. Okay?"

She pouted but sat back down next to me.

She rested her head on my shoulder and we sat in silence.

A few minutes passed before she spoke.

"Hey y/n."

"Yes Sel?" I replied.

"What time do we leave exactly?"

I sighed before giggling.

"Selena!" I said acting shocked.

"Sorry! I'm just excited. You know I love kids." She said before hiding her smile behind her hand.

"Girl you are too much." I said before going back to watch tv.

We sat in silence again before Selena said something.

"I love you y/n. I'm glad I have you." She said smiling softly.

I love you too Sel. I'm glad I have you and I'm glad you're the person you are, because that's the best you."

"Bye everyone!" I said before walking out the door behind Selena.

We were finally going to see my cousins. Selena could barely hold in her excitement.

We arrived around an half an hour later.

"We're here! Come on." I told Selena who was trying to free herself but couldn't as the doors were locked still.

I unlocked the doors and playfully rolled my eyes.

I pressed the doorbell and it opened a few seconds later.

"Hey y/n, Selena! I'm so glad y'all are here."

She waved us in the house so we stepped in.

My oldest cousin came to see me first.

We said hello and sat down on the couch to talk and what not.

In time, one of the twins, Alyssa, came down and saw me. She came to hug me and sat on the floor in front of me. The twins, Alyssa and Isabela were 7 and loved Selena's music.

Selena walked into the living room from the kitchen making Alyssa's eyes go wide. She gasped before running up stairs.

Selena laughed before sitting down next to me.

Alicia, my oldest cousin, started taking to Selena. They introduced themselves and started talking about clothes, shoes,nails and other girly things.

Within no time, Alyssa returned with Isabela behind her. They ran over to Selena, Isabela completely ignoring my presence.

"I can't believe it's really you! I love your music oh my gosh!" Isabela said to Selena.

"See I told you she was here! And you didn't believe me." Alyssa said.

Selena said hi and started talking to the girls.

"Can you sing us a song please?" The girls asked Selena.

She agreed and asked them which song they wanted.

They chose si una vez so Selena started singing.

"Yo, te di todo mi amor y más, y tú. She sang starting the song.

She sang the rest of the song and smiled. Her and the twins talked for the rest of the time.

"Hey I'll be right back, stay here. Y/n can you come with me?" She said making me get up.

We walked outside into the deck and sat on the chairs.

"Everything okay?" I asked concerned.

"No. I have a killer headache and I can't take it anymore." She said holding her forehead.

"Okay well what do you want to do? Do you want to leave or see if my cousin has anything to help?" I asked her.

"Can we leave? I really cannot take this anymore. The pain is unbearable.", She said sighing.

"Yeah we can go. I don't mind."

"I'm sorry we have to go since we just got here but I really can't take it. I just want to go to sleep." She said.

"It's alright. Come on let's go tell them bye." I told her getting up and walking to the door.

We walked in and said our goodbyes. The girls didn't want us to go but we had to.

Selena got on the backseat to lay down and we started driving.

We got home later and she changed to get into her pajamas to go to bed.

I went back downstairs so I wouldn't bother Selena. Marcella was down on the couch and when she noticed me she spoke.

"What's wrong with Selena?" She asked.

"Bad headache. I'm going to go get her a burger from whataburger."

"Okay." Marcella said so I walked out the door.

I came back and woke up Selena to eat her food. She said her headache was gone so we watched tv while she ate.

After we went to our room and planned the next day before we drifted off the sleep.
