2 weeks after season 4 finale

Previously on Star vs the forces of Evil, I basically collided the Earth and Mewni so I could be with Marco. But...I kinda started a war in the process. Humans started freaking out over the Mewni creatures, the president didn't like Mewni's monarchy so they started fighting and...yeah. We're kinda in a bomb shelter now. Um...also I kinda destroyed all magic creatures. I really screwed up.
Queen Moon
You definitely did.
Star
But I can fix it. Somehow. I mean I collided Earth and Mewni-
Marco
And caused world war three in the process.
Moon
And a dystopian wasteland.
Star
But I can fix it! I mean I used a whispering spell to destroy magic so maybe I can use the spell to bring it back.
Marco
That's a good plan. Except you can't use a magic spell...without magic.
Star
(Sighs)
You're right.
Marco
Wait! Maybe you still have a little bit of magic! I mean your wand was at half power so maybe you only destroyed half the magic or something.
Star
Yeah! Let me try to cast a spell.
Star picks up her wand.
Star
(Excited)
Magic laser puppies!!
Marco
(Disappointed)
Nothing.
Moon
Maybe Eclipsa has an idea on how to fix this.
Moon calls Eclipsa.
Moon
Hi Eclipsa. Do you have any idea on how Star can fix things?
Everyone winces as a bomb blows up near there shelter.
Moon
I'm sorry. I don't have the slightest idea.
Eclipsa hangs up.
They sit there in silence until...
Marco
Star? Why is your wand making that noise?
Star
(Looks down at her wand which is buzzing in her hand)
I don't- I don't know! Make it stop!
Marco
Throw it!
Star throws her wand.
Star
(Nervous)
What if it's a bomb?!
Moon
We're in a bomb shelter.
Marco
That protects us from bombs on the outside!
The wand starts beeping faster.
Star
Marco!
Star hugs Marco.
Marco
(Anxious)
Star if we die, I want you to know that I've had a lot of fun and you're my best friend!
Star
(Confused)
Yeah same.
Star and Marco huddle closer together and the wand beeps quickly then stops. A hologram appears.
Hologram
Hi. My name is Distoria. The Chancellor sent me to help you regain your magic.
Star
(Unhuddles)
Regain? How?
Distoria
The Chancellor isn't very pleased with you Star Butterfly. But he wants to help. You have to find him and he'll help you!
Star
How do I find him?
Distoria
I'll lead you to him. Do you trust me?
Star
Yes?
Distoria
(Pleased)
Fabulous! Sleep tight!
Distoria disappears.
Marco
Do you really believe that?
Star
It's the only lead I have.
Marco
I'll follow you.
Star
(Smiles)
Good. Good night Marco. Good night Moon.
Star leans against Marco and closes her eyes.
The Chancellor
Hello Star.
Star opens her eyes and looks around but Marco and Moon are fast asleep.
The Chancellor
Close your eyes.
Star closes her eyes.
The Chancellor
Say something.
Star puffs her cheeks.
The Chancellor
Think about talking.
He waits.
The Chancellor
What's wrong?
Star
I can't think of anything to say.
The Chancellor
Fabulous.
Star
How do I get back my magic? How do you know my name? How do-
The Chancellor
I know all Star Butterfly. I know that I spent decades finding out a way to obtain magic. To make magic that a human could use. And as soon as I finally did it, it disappeared. I assume that you know something about that.
Star
(Sheepishly)
Yeah.
The Chancellor
But the good news is that I know how to make it. And I know how to make something that works like magic. I believe with the right ingredients I can make enough for you to fix everything.
Star
I'll do anything!
The Chancellor
Good. I need you to collect seven ingredients. Snow from the snow fairy mountain, a witches curse, a goat's tongue, a leaf blower, the book of knowledge part 2, a potato model and...oh what was that last thing? Oh right, a tear of joy.
Star
Awesome! So how do I find you?
The Chancellor
Distoria will lead you to me after you get those things. And then I'll help you. Be careful Star. Goodbye.
Star opens her eyes.
Star
(Determined)
I'll fix everything.
