This is the best news I've ever gotten I'll obviously agree to it" Jong-ryul said "but you see for that to happen you have to not get back together with Jessica as if not it'll cause shit to happen" I said "you think that's a hard thing to do? I'll do it willingly I'll unfollow her on all my social media platforms , delete and block her number, good enough?" Kang Jong-ryul's POV
"I'm totally in my right mind and I know what i'm saying" I said "I'm sorry , I rlly am" Dongbaek said "don't be ridiculous don't apologise it's not that I hate you or anything you're the one who holds a grudge against me" I said "that's right I'm the one who hold a grudge against you" Dongbaek said slightly chuckling I just chuckled "alright ready to spread the news to our son Pil-gu?" Dongbaek questioned "thought you'd never ask" I said with a scoff "let's do it" I then said as we got out of the room Pil-gu was already outside waiting for the both of us"mum!" he exclaimed "dad" he second exclaimed "Pil-gu we have news for you Mrs Hwang & Yong-sik you need to hear it too" I said "don't worry we're staying " Mrs Hwang said "yeah obviously" Yong-sik said "okay guys I have a huge announcement to make Kang Jong-ryul & I had promised to be co-parents to Pil-gu after much consideration" Dongbaek broke the news "mum , dad thank you so much I'm agreeing to it with no doubt" Pil-gu said hugging both Dongbaek & me and it felt nice as it was the first hug I've ever gotten from my son
Hwang Yong-sik's POV
"Hold on co-parents? You two are co-parents?" I questioned in complete disagreement "yeah that's right" Jong-ryul said "Dongbaek get away from him he's taking advantage of you" I said "Yong-sik hey i was the one who planned this co-parenting thing all of it was mine" Dongbaek said "why didn't you tell me abt this?" I questioned "I did try you were just too busy with your cop work and the reason I brought you here is for you to here this announcement and also to break off the engagement to you I'm sorry I'm sorry I betrayed you but in life you just gotta do the right thing me and you were never compatible go find a new girl Yong-sik " Dongbaek said "no don't do this to me please" I said "but I just did I just ditched you and I'm sorry Pil-gu's my son and his father is not you and you will never be Pil-gu's replacement dad its just wrong" Dongbaek said
