2. Order of Phoenix

"Have you tried using it?" Remus asked to Ivy glancing at the wand kept in her lap. Sighing, she shook her head, "No, I-I cant—"

   "Ivy." Remus gave her the look, "You are suppossed to try using magic now, you are witch, Dumbledore himself said it. Voldermort has rised and you know very well he's after Harry, but once he too knows the truth, he will be after Jasmine too."

   Ivy stared at him wide eyed with her mouth slightly parted. Her family was in danger. Gulping, she glanced out of the window to the lawn of her house, watching James and Sirius riding brooms with their children. They looked so happy, that Ivy would kill anyone who tried to harm her family's happiness.

  After facing Cedric Diggory's death, both of her children couldnt sleep at night, it was traumatic, she would wake up to their shrieks every night as both of them would get horrible nightmares of Voldermort returning and she just couldnt watch them like that.

   Over the month her and James had been trying everything to cheer their kids up, Sirius and Remus would visit with their kids frequently too. Noah had been playing a really important role in helping Jasmine up with her distress. Meanwhile Harry could be sometimes spotted reading letters by 'secret someone' who could easily bring smile to his face.

   "Okay, we'll begin with normal magic, try Wingardium Leviosa." Remus encouraged. Frowning and huffing, Ivy raised the wand with a slightly trembling hand and pointed it at the glass in front of her. "W-Wingardium Leviosa"

    Nothing happened. She gave Remus an annoyed look who told her to try again and again until it doesnt happen. "Wingardium Leviosa!"

   The glass started shaking a bit, she shared a wide eyed glance with him before the glass became still again. She tried once again this time louder and clearer, "Wingardium Leviosa!"

    The glass lifted up in air and she squealed in shock, Remus laughed at her excitement, and suddenly by mistake she dropped them glass on floor causing it to shatter into several pieces.

    "What the hell's happening here?" A confused James peeked through window staring down confused at the shattered glass. Ivy hid the wand quickly. "Nothing, Remus feels too weak because of the full moon."

   Remus gave a deadpanned look, while James squinted his eyes at the two, "Full moon still has whole two weeks for it."
 
   Oh, I am a bad liar. Ivy thought to herself. Before James could ask anything further, an agitated Jasmine already called loudly to him, "Dad! You are getting distracted!" 

    "I cant help darling, its your mum!" James went back to playing. Meanwhile Ivy huffed falling to the chair shaking her head at Remus. He just gave her a firm look, "Just keep trying, alright?"

   Ivy hummed nodding, slowly a frown made its way to Remus' face as he asked, "Why havent you told about this to James?"

   "About what?" She knew still she asked.
 
    "About your parents and all that you being a witch."

   She pursed her lips shrugging, Remus shook his head disappointedly at her and stood up saying, "If you ask me you shouldnt hide this for long long, atleast not from him, because one day its gonna come in front of the whole world and when James knows he'll be hurt."

   She stared at him, letting his words sink in. She was sure she wouldnt want to hurt James at any cost, and nodded slowly, "Dont worry I will tell him soon."

"Be safe, alright, and if any Professor tries to harm you, you owl me straight away, hm?" Ivy instructed to her kids causing them to share a wierd glance before nodding in her direction slowly.
