Jayden, Corbin, and I each got our trays and found a place to sit. About 5 minutes into our conversation, same girl with a pixie cut and an arm full of bracelets came over and set with us. Corbin told me her name is Shaylen and that she was one of her close friends. "Hi! I'm Shaylen and I like cats, pizza, and anime!" said Shaylen. "Hello, I'm Linzee and I'm from Europe?" I said questionable not knowing if it was the right thing to say. "Cool bruh, wanna come over to eat some pocky and watch anime?" "Um sure why not," I said with a small smile. Lunch ended soon after and we all went to our 4th hour class. Me, Jayden, and Shaylen turned out to have the same class, English. Yay I thought, my favorite subject to fail in. Before class started we got to talk a bit to each other in order to get along better. I pulled Jayden over to the side and asked him about what had happened at lunch. "So your eyes, they always change like that?" I said. "What are you talking about?" said Jayden. "I saw your eyes change at lunch, Akyler and his group of douche bags wolf whistled and your whole demeanor changed." "Can I trust you?" he said. "Of course you can secrets are secrets for a reason," I said thoughtfully. "Ok here it goes, when I was little I lived in a cult. In this cult they believed in the supernatural, so one night on a full moon they sent me out to 'embrace my inner self' they saw something in me that was amazing. When the sky cleared and the moon shown on my skin it happened. I listened to my inner self and I transformed into a wolf. They say it was my spirit animal and when embraced I can use it." I looked at him in shock. "Well you gonna say something buttercup?" he said with a light chuckle. "Have you told anyone else this?" I asked. "No but for some reason I feel as tho I can trust you Linzee" I blushed and said back to him "If you're gonna share that I'll share my secret too. Just don't freak out alright?" "Alright."
