We arrived to the camp and it took aproximently 3 and a half hours. When we steped off the bus and got our things, we were told to go to the ampatheater.
We got to the ampatheater. I saw that Ryan was already sitting down, but everyone was laughing at him and pointing. They then went and sat with their friends. I was confussed but I did not care. I went and sat with him. "Hey, why are they teasing you?" I asked. He blushed and said "Because I was diagnosed with ...... a-autism......and they think it is something to laugh at." No wonder we hit it off. I was diagnosed with autism as well. "Well I think I know why we clicked, I was diagnosed with autism aswell. HFA to be exact." He turned and looked at me with this shocked face, "I was too! I guess that is why we clicked."
They started their announcemnts and finally they said "It is time to get your housing arangements ready! So we will have the usual arangments but we have a new person here this year, Patrick Pilgrim, would you please stand up and introduce yourself?" I was shocked, but I stood up and introduced myself. "Now, being that everyon else in in a cabin, and Ryan there is the only person without a cabin mate, you will be with him." I was happy and so was Ryan. So we went to our cabin. The werid part is that the cabin we are staying in is farther away from everything. But based off the look of the other cabins, ours was a WHOLE LOT better. It was like it was recently built.
We got into the cabin and then we unpacked. I was just watching Ryan unpack and my thougt was "oof, he is so cute!" Then he turned and saw me staring at him. I quickly turned away and then I thought to myself "I should ask him if he likes guys" so I turn around and suprisingly, Ryan and I both asked "Do you like guys?" and that gave us our answer. He had a gient smile and so did I, It is not like it is weird or anyhing. It is just, I have never had a boyfriend till now, well atleast if he wants to. We both then asked "You want to be boyfriends?" then we busted out laughing because we knew the answer.
It is now time to eat, we eat spagetti with meatballs and went back to the cabin.
