So, there are 5 main types of attraction that people feel:
Sexual attraction: You want to have sex with this person you may or may not know.
Romantic attraction: You want to do romantic thing with this person.
Platonic attraction: You want to be friends with this person.
Aesthetic Attraction: You think this person is pretty/handsome/beautiful but you might not want to have any type of relationship with them.
Sensual: You want to touch or be touched by this person. This does not mean that you want to have sex with them.
Now, you can feel any mixture of these feelings at the same time, some people feel both sexual and romantic attraction at the same time, I personally usually feel aesthetic and platonic attraction at the same time a lot of times. Whatever you feel is ok.
Now, if you see the title of this chapter you probably wonder "What is a squish?" A squish is kinda like a crush except you really want to be friends with this person instead of wanting to have a romantic or sexual relationship. And this can lead right into QPRs. Queer Platonic Relationships. Pretty much this means that you are closer then friends and you but your not romantically or sexually attracted to each other, people in QPRs live together, do a lot of things that are usually associated with romantic relationships, sometimes even get married and raise kids together.
