Today was not going to be a good day. Monica and DJ were coming with me to school today to get a straight answer on exactly what was going to be done about Corahn. Monica agreed to not tell mommy and the others, I haven't even told Cali yet. But the way these kids talk about anything I'm sure she had it through the grapevine.

Walking into school today was everything I expected it to be. I got the stares, the laughing under their breath, the pointing and looking...I was so happy Monica agreed to let me miss out on school until something gets done about this.

My hood was over my wild mane and my face straight to the floor. That only made Monica even madder, she felt the embarrassment for me so imagine if she was me; she'd probably burn this school down if it happened to her. And here I was hiding from it all, waiting for it to just go away.

Monica stomped into the office ignoring that entire sign-in visitor sheet and Debbie's warning and headed straight for Ms. Larkins office barging in. it seems like we had arrived just in time for this showdown; the twins, Ms. Larkins, Corahn and his father were already waiting on us to get here.

"Oh! Well now that we're all here let's get this party started", Monica ordered as she sat right across from Corahn and his father. DJ stood right behind her and I crowded the door, I didn't even want to be in the same room as that prick.

I felt his eyes on me but I didn't dare look at him. I wouldn't face Larry either until I get my head back together. But I knew he was watching me; something about his stare is like no other. I can literally feel the soles of his pupils glaring me down, even from a distance.

Ms. Larkins cleared her throat after pretty much being declared not in charge of this meeting anymore. She stacked some papers that were in front of her up and began to speak.

Ms. Larkins: I'd like to thank all of you for coming; this is being brought to my attention under 2 circumstances...bullying and sexual harassment.

Corahn's father made a noise, almost like he was scoffing off the entire thing. Ms. Larkins called him out on it as she saw Monica was ready to pounce.

Ms. Larkins: Mr. Lockridge do you have a problem with what's going on here?

Mr. Lockridge: You call me telling me this is about some girl flashing my son with her tits. Did he at least touch her?

I swear this man would be dead; Monica, DJ and the twins are using all of their willpower not to chew Corahn and his father up. Ms. Larkins took a deep breath before continuing.

Ms. Larkins: Mr. Lockridge this isn't the first act of sexual harassment your son has been in. he can't keep his hands to himself anymore and warnings to him are nothing but child's play.

Corahn and his father but rolled their eyes, Larry's glare was so tough on Corahn that'd boy be dead if looks could kill.

Mr. Lockridge: I know this also ain't the first time you've accused my son of pulling these "sexual acts"

Ms. Larkins: These are serious matters Mr. Lockridge! If I wanted to I could get the police down here and let them handle this now I'm trying to be reasonable and you're not making this easy

Mr. Lockridge: That's because this is a load of bullshit! All of this is just a stupid ass act to get your next check, I mean if he didn't touch the damn girl than what's the big deal?

And in comes...Monica. I feel sorry for Corahn's dad right about now. Yeah Corahn was just sitting all smug making cocky faces that were only making everybody madder. His face turned yellow as hell soon as Monica stood up. Poor thing...I wish I felt sorry for him.
