Chapter 6

Y/n's pov:

I grabbed some food and a bottle of water then went to a painting, i looked around if there was anyone

There were none so i slid the painting and went inside, i went to tio Bruno's secret room

"Hola tio" I greeted handing him the food, he looked happy and ate it at his table while i sat at the sofa chair

"How are you tio?" I asked, "Been good, by the way thankyou for the food" Tio bruno said and smiled

"When will you come back tio?" I asked looking at the floor, "That's a hard question, y/n" Tio said

"Have you been pressured too?" Tio asked, i looked at him and nodded. "I love abuela and all, but it's like she only sees us as our gifts"

Tio stood up finished eating, i handed him the bottle and he gladly took it and drank it

Ha patted my head "Everything will be alright y/n, don't worry" Tio said smiling warmly at me and i smiled back

"Y/NNN!" I heard mami shout, "time for you to go" Tio said i hugged him and went out

"Yes, mami?" I asked from her back, she looked back at me and sighed "i thought i lost you" Mami said hugged me, i patted her back

"Go to bed, it's late" Mami said and let go of me, "Yes, buenos noches mami" I said

"Buenos noches, cariño" Mami said and kissed the top of my head and smiled at me, i smiled back and floated to my room

I went to the practice room and meditated in the middle to let myself calm down with the scene earlier with the casita

I haven't noticed the time, a few hours has passed. I looked at the clock and saw it was 2am i sighed and floated to my bedroom i locked the door and changed my clothes and went to my bed

But something felt off, i went out of my room and looked around '𝘕𝘰 𝘤𝘳𝘢𝘤𝘬𝘴, 𝘪𝘵'𝘴 𝘢𝘭𝘳𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵' i looked at the candle 'It's okay' i saw the nursery open

Mirabel must have been stressed, she saw me too. She pointed at the roof, i floated her there and she slowly walked to the candle while i made sure to catch her when she falls

By the time she reached the candle, abuela walked towards the candle. Mirabel immediately hid at the side, abuela started talking to the candle

I can't hear it, but i think she was talking to abuelo. She kissed her hand and walked away, mirabel looked at the candle. I floated her down and she started to talk about what abuela said while we walk to her room

She dressed up, while i went to my room and also dressed up. I went back to her room and saw she was done, she was about to open the door but stopped "Wait, how do we save a miracle?" Mirabel asked casita

Casita gestured it didn't know, "We figure out what's happening to the miracle" Mirabel said. I nodded while casita gestured something i can't understand

"Oh, i have no idea. But there is one person in this family who hears everything about everything" Mirabel said and we looked at dolores in the picture frame

The next morning, i was with dolores and papi and we went outside to see mirabel talking to camilo who shape shifted into dolores

I hit my face with my palm (i forgot what it is called but it's this emoji, 🤦‍♀️) "Camilo! Stop pretending you're dolores so you can have seconds" Papi scolded camilo

While dolores looked like she was judging camilo, camilo shape shifted back to himself "Worth a shot"

Then he started getting hit by casita while i laughed, papi walked away

"The only one worried about the magic is you and y/n...And the rats talking in the walls" Dolores whispered and walked away

'𝘛𝘪𝘰 𝘣𝘳𝘶𝘯𝘰'

Dolores walked back "Oh and luisa, i heard her eye twitching all night *hm*" She said and walked away

Me and mirabel immediately looked at luisa she was putting the table outside "There we go" She said when she successfully put it in place

"Everyone, to the table! Let's go, let's go" Abuela called, the chairs put them selves in the table and everyone started sitting

I sat infront luisa while mirabel sat beside her, "Mami, chill" I said when mirabel sat in the chair she was about to sit in

And papi pulled her down to sit next to him, mami calmed down

Mirabel started talking to luisa, while abuela talked "Family" Abuela called

"We are all thankful for antonio's wonderful new...gift" She paused when she almost sat at the animals

"I told them to warm up your seat" Antonio said to abuela '𝘴𝘶𝘤𝘩 𝘢 𝘤𝘶𝘵𝘪𝘦' i smiled

"Thankyou, tonito" Abuela said and sat at chair when the animals went away, "I'm sure today we'll find a way to put your blessings to good use" Abuela said to antonio

Mirabel hit the table, "You do!" Mirabel shouted while pointing at luisa, "Mirabel!" Abuela shouted

"If you can't pay attention, i will help you"

"Actually-"

"Casita"

Casita moved mirabel's chair beside abuela, i saw mami glaring at mirabel i chuckled

"As i was saying, we must never take our miracle for granted...So today we will work twice as hard"

"Mm-hmm. I will help luisa" Mirabel said and stood up from her chair

"Stop" Abuela ordered and casita made mirabel sit back

"First, an announcement." Abuela said and stood up

"I've spoken to the guzmans about mariano's proposal to isabela" Abuela said as she reached isabela

"Dolores, do we have a date?"

"Tonight. He wants five babies"

I tried my best to stop my laughter, while isabela growed flower ontop of her head

"Wonderful!Such a fine young man with our perfect isabela...Will bring a new generation of magical blessings" Abuela said while fixing isabela

"And make both our families stronger" Abuela startes walking again, Camilo shape shifted into mariano and teased isabela

Isabel trowed flowers to his face, and he coughed up the flowers while he shape shifted back to himself

"Okay. Our community is counting on us. La familia madrigal!"

"La familia madrigal"

Mirabel immediately stood up, but luisa is already so far away

I chuckled and went beside mirabel
