As Ultra left the village she waved goodbye to Flower Steve and the others, Luther asked Junior if he was interested in being his apprentice, and Junior said he was, just as Ultra suspected he would, she had checked her supplies before leaving, and she had everything she needed, her bow and arrows, her iron sword, food, materials, and water. A few days of travel later she came across a volcano, she took her cloak off and spread her beautiful red and blue wings and flew up, there was an entrance, as she landed she put her cloak back on and pushed the gate open, it wasn’t too old, but still hard to open,
“Hello?” She called, no one answered, Luther had told her to be safe, the Darkness was still at large, as she explored the volcano base, lightning struck in the room she was in, it was a meeting room of sorts, she jumped back, grabbed her sword, along with a chair nearby for protection, another Steve appeared from the lightning, he was wearing a hood, but Ultra could tell his hair was a dark grey, maybe black? And his eyes were red, Ultra blinked and the Steve turned to her
“Who are you?” He asked, his voice heavy and seemed filled with evil, but Ultra was intrigued by this Steve
“I-I’m UltraChaosSteve…..” She said, she released her grip on the chair she was holding onto and adjusted her position from cowering in fear, to full of confidence “Who are you?” She shot his question back at him and he smirked
“Well….Ultra….I can call you that, right?” He said and Ultra shrugged
“Everyone does,” She told him and the Steve nodded
“Right, well Ultra, the name’s Void Steve.” He said that name hit Ultra like lightning on a human, but she didn’t seem bothered by it
“You seem weak,” Ultra said
“Well yeah, A shadow made from my personal Darkness almost-” He broke off into a coughing fit and Ultra ran over to him, sitting him down in the closest chair
“You shouldn’t be standing if you’re weak!” She hissed at him
“Y-You do know….I could destroy you here….A-And now….right?” Void asked and Ultra scoffed
“You haven’t the strength to do so. Nor the right to do so, as I am helping you.” She told him, her hands soon began to glow and any wounds that he had hidden, showed themselves and healed, Void blinked in surprise
“Why…..Help an evil Steve?” He asked and Ultra sat in the chair next to him and shrugged
“Not sure….I help everyone who needs it. Evil or not, you were affected by the Darkness….You are the Darkness, but you still needed help.” She explained and Void cracked a small smile
“Thanks, guess I owe you.” He said with a laugh and Ultra playfully hit him, Void’s smile soon faded
“Why did you come here in the first place?” He asked and Ultra blinked
“O-Oh…I was exploring and I found this volcano….” She told him, little did she know, as she made contact with Void, she was infected with the Darkness in an instant, she held her head and groaned
“A-Argh….My head hurts…” She said Void looked at her,
“Ultra….I can tell you’re a troubled Steve….” He said “I have a proposition for you…” he told her and Ultra blinked in confusion
“W-What is it?” She asked and Void sighed
“First….I have to tell you…when you made contact with me…I unknowingly infected you with the Darkness…..I-I’m able to remove it if I wanted….But my proposition is this: Join my side and win for once….or don’t and have the Darkness removed from you and never speak with me again…” Void said and Ultra stood and took a step back
“Y-You infected me?!” She asked, her brows arched….but the proposition….she wanted to win for once in her life….
