Harley Quinn's POV
"Is that all you remember from what had happened?" Ivy asked, a slightly concerning look on her face. She walked up to me and helped me up. "I'll get you one later, but I'm kind of busy with helping and protecting you."When I was standing straight up, I began to dust off my clothes. I looked down at my clothes and noticed that they were already clean, like nothing had happened. It was strange, but I shrugged it off.
I observed the area. We looked to be on a riverside. It was quiet, except for the splashing of the water beside us. It would be nice, if there wasn't litter everywhere and there weren't as many homeless people.
"Ivy, come with me." I said, grabbing her hand and walking toward the street. I quickly looked around and saw a parked Dodge Challenger. I began to walk toward the stationary car before I was interrupted. "Harley!" Ivy called out. I turned around to see her holding two Desert Eagle pistols.
"You got them back!" I was shocked. I grabbed the guns from her hands. Then she pulled out a few small vial things from the pockets of her orange prison coat. "Really?" I asked her. "I don't think that I'll need these again, the last ones are still working."
She put her hand on my shoulder. "Harley...it's just in case. I don't want anything to happen to you." She looked into my eyes with major concern. I put the vials into my pocket and turned back to the challenger. After picking the lock, I got in and hot wired it. Ivy then cautiously stepped near the vehicle and hesitated to get in. I leaned over to the other side and opened the door. I was fully aware that she might not have ever been in a car since she turned into Poison Ivy, but yet, I still tried to get her into the vehicle.
After about half-a-minute, she finally entered the vehicle and nervously sat straight, with her hands on her lap, as if scared to touch it. I revved the engine and sped down the street. Clinging to the seat, Ivy was breathing very heavily.
"Ivy,-" I said. "Check the glove boxes to see if there's anything useful."
She sighed heavily and slowly opened the dashboard glove box and found a phone. She pressed the button on the bottom and slid her finger along the bottom of the screen. The small device lit up white with orange curved lettering.
"WattPad?" Ivy asked. I gestured for her to give me the phone and she gave it to me without objection. I messed around with the app and eventually found the username of the persons account.
"Letstwistagain?" I asked myself aloud. "I know this person, their stories are really good." I turned of the phone and put it in my pocket. I wanted to keep it for later. Ivy continued searching and found many different items that were of no use. She finally started looking in the console storage thing.
"Um...Harley?" Ivy asked. I looked over into the box and saw what she was worried about. It was a tracking device. Slowing down, I turned off the road and drove onto the beach. When I stopped tue vehicle, we got out, taking everything that we could take and pushed it into the water.
"What now?" She asked me. I looked around, and saw an apartment building that was too familiar.
"Don't worry red, we're going to drop in on an old friend." I began walking toward the apartment building and Ivy followed behind me. "And you better get me a dog soon."
