           maybe dad's right...i should finally get some sun...i put on a hoodie and open my door...it's quiet. I walk out and have to let my eyes adjust to the light

Tink: hello adie

A: hey tink

T: you're so...pale

A: yuh

T: nice to see you finally leave the house

A: i guess

T: oh i wish i was human-sized so i could hug you

A: ...how's silvermist? i heard she got a lil burned

T: oh she's okay now, we heal pretty quickly

A: nice

T: the lost kids have been asking bout you

A: ...are they okay?

T: tiki got a burn that's healing, freds cuts should be okay and sams bruises are almost healed

A: that's good

T: ...i know you probably wouldn't want me to bring it up but...g-

A: DON'T even

T: i-...sorry

A: *sigh*...i'll just be visiting the kids in the hospital and heading back to my room...i'm not up for much tink...i'm sorry you didn't mean anything by it...come on

T: alright

Gabbie POV

P: so you mean to tell me you've been meeting BEHIND me and YOUR dad's back...because...it made adie happy? even after a long time not seeing each other you met again and we're still friends?

G: yep

P: that...explains things...y-you...were one of the best things that happened to her

I: i should...go...they might start questioning things

G: oh...r-right *hugs*

I: um...bye sir

P: bye...um gabrielle i'm not sure she'd be happy to see you...but...if you promise me right now...you're not planning to hurt us...you can come to visit us whenever you want

G: t-thank you sir

P: you can just call me pan yanno

G: ...thank you pan

P: now um no one'll really wanna see you and i can tell you some would try to kill you *nervous laughter* so um let's...hmm do you have a hood or something?

G: yeah but i don't know if that'll be enough

P: hm...meet me here at sunset with a disguise okay?

G: okay s-...pan...okay

P: i better head back people'll wonder where i went

G: yeah...b-bye

P: take care kid...and just know...you really do mean a lot to her

                      the thought alone makes me smile a lil...i really hope...he's right

 Tink: they're in here adie

                       I force a smile for them

A: h-hey guys

                      They try to get out of bed

A: hey hey no guys you still aren't fully healed-

T: i can w-walk see...ouch-

                        I catch the lil guy when he tried walking on his burned leg...

A: you guys really got hurt...i-i'm so sorry-

F: it's fine adie!

S: yeah we handle it

A: ...yeah...yeah ya are *helps tiki back into bed* tink said you guys got messed up helping kids out the burning trees? yanno you shouldn't have done that it was brave but kinda stupid...the adults were handling i-

T: we learned that from you...remember?

S: yeah we weren't gonna wait for help

F: besides you've done stupider stuff before-

F: WHAT? it's true

S: it's not very nice

F: *raspberries*

A: nah you guys are right...i...i have done stupider things

A: ...ya guys were like totally heroes 

T: not as much as you were

                     I walk to my room and get stopped with a hand on my shoulder...

L: ...adie

A: *sigh* h-hey lex

L: c-can...can we hang?...i won't say anything a-and you don't need to talk i just need...company

A: of course lexi

L: thanks

                 We walk into my room and close the door. The lights are off, the only light is coming from the sun thru the blinds...i kick my shoes off, lay on my bed again, and cover myself with my sheets while Lexi sits lays on my beanbags on the floor...i'm tired
