Ch8. Niharika's Punishment

I was sleeping but suddenly I heard a thud sound. I woke up as it was too loud but Ragini, the sleepy head didn't woke still. Then I saw that the pieces of vase were lying on the floor and then I saw a familiar female image running towards bathroom. It was blur as my eyes were still feeling sleepy. But then I rubbed my eyes and when I opened I saw she had reached inside and she quickly closed the door. I then saw that on the bed which was opposite to me. There only Ragini was sleeping this means it was none one else other than Shweta.
Yes it was just and accident. I wanted to know about her past badly but she was seeing possible ways to hide.
After what Ananya did with me I don't believe in love anymore.
But I don't know why but when I remember Shweta's smile, her laugh, her smirk and her all expressions a smile comes on my face see I am smiling now also.

But then I saw one figure was gonna come out of bathroom but again gone in and then after a long time came out again.
She was my Shweta. What am I saying. I slapped myself then looked at her.

As always she was looking beautiful.
I went in bathroom and was ready for the college. When I opened the door I saw Ragini standing there restlessly. Ohh yeah she was waiting for her turn. She just came in 5 minutes. Then I turned to go.
Me - Let's go now.

I noticed Shweta to be confused.

Me - it's already 6:55 just 5 mins remaining so for now no questions.
I didn't even saw her expression and I moved. They too followed me I guess.

Niharika POV
I just love Rajiv's money nothing else. He just treat me like his servent. I would just like if he would die. Then suddenly I gotta know he being in hospital. And further I got to know that it was because of Shweta.
Got a nice reason. I smirked

In the classroom
Shweta POV
All lectures went on good but suddenly I saw Niharika giving me a smirk and then she went out. There's something fishy.
After sometime the peon came and said, "principal mam has called Shweta Das".
I got up and followed him we were in principal's cabin now. The peon left. Principal mam made me sit. My gaze then turned towards Niharika. I understood everything.

PM (Principal Mam) - R u the one who shoot Rajiv last night.
Me - no mam who the hell told u this
PM - u r talking to me so language.
I apolised to her.
Me - Mam but why r u asking this to me.
Niharika - Mam she is lying. I know that she is the one who did it.
Me - yes mam I was the one
PM - you are suspended and now you will go to the jail.
Me - I will take which ever punishment u want but I want to ask 1 question.
PM - which
Me - Mam how do she know that.
Niharika (cracking voice) - I.. I.. Saw... Her... There. With my own....eye.. Eyes
Me (confidently) - lyier. Mam first of all why is her voice cracking and secondly she was not even in the hostel last night so how can she know it.
PM - hmm... She has a point..
PM - I am waiting for the explaination Miss. Niharika
Me - Mam.. She wouldn't say anything.. I will only tell u.

Then I told her everything.

Me - Mam now u only tell me did I did anything wrong.
PM - No dear, I am sorry. Miss. Niharika you are suspended for one month.
Me - excuse me mam, if you don't mind then...
PM - yes.
Me - Mam this isn't a punishment for her it's a gift for her actually.
I chuckled
Me - Mam if don't mind then can I suggest you
PM - Yes
Me - if you will give her detention of 2 hours for the whole year then it would be a nice punishment.
PM - surely, this is ur punishment
Niharika - Mam but
Mam gave a deadly glare to her
PM - U know what if she want she can even send you to the jail
Niharika - no, no mam. It's ok for me

I could sense she was hella angry on me but literally do I care at all.
