Leah Mills-Harris; Denver, Colorado

Packing is my least favorite thing to do, especially leaving my moms house at the end of the summer. I sighed, placing the last few things in my bag and closing it. "You finished packing, Leah?" My mom entered my room. I zipped up my bag, looking at her.

"Yeah, just finished." I stood up with a smile. I looked around my room that i decorated to be similar to my house back in Encino.

"Ava, Lucas! Come say goodbye to your sister." My mom called. The two kids soon entered a few seconds later, crushing me in a hug.

"Love you, Leah." They both whispered. "See you soon?"

"Yeah, I'll see you guys soon." I smiled "Love you." I grabbed my bags, following my mom downstairs and outside towards her car.

I put my things in the trunk and closed it; walking over to the passenger seat of the car and getting in. She drove me to the airport, while talking to me saying she'll miss me. I promised her I'd text and call. Once we reached the airport, my mom helped me check in and I said goodbye to her once I reached my gate.

After a three hour plane ride, I finally was home. I met up with my dad who waited for me at the airport. He hugged me tightly. "Missed you, princess." He squeezed me tighter.

"I missed you too, dad." I gasped from lack of air. My dad muttered a 'sorry' then pulled away from me, grabbing my bags. We walked out towards his car and got in.

"So, how was your moms?" My dad asked. He started the car and drove out of the parking lot. I began telling him all the fun things I did in Denver; went to the park with Ava and Lucas, went to multiple museums, an aquarium, zoo, we went to a few baseball games since Lucas is obsessed with baseball, went to this princess tea party with Ava and went to rocky mountain rocky park.

"Sounds like you guys had fun." He glanced at me with a smile. I nodded my head in agreement. I kept checking my phone from any texts from Bryan but got none. I sighed in annoyance, staying silent for the rest of the car ride.

We finally reached our house, pulling in the driveway I saw Bryan with a bouquet of flowers. I rushed out the the car not even bothering to close the door and ran into his arms.
