I hurried up and grabbed my cup then walked in the living room to see everybody looking at the news. KD and everybody else made they way into the living room too so I just took a seat next to Ten on the couch.
"Earlier today a shooting took place in Lafayette, shocking the nation as it seemed to be the interruption of a full hearted family event. Earlier today, friends and family were celebrating the graduation of a young female before a man in a black hoodie reportedly walked up and started to rapidly shoot his firearm."
All I could do was smile and lean back while the news caster continued.
"The suspect, supposedly a man yelledthings at them before firing off 11 shots and running off. 3 of them hit Ricardo Bullards known as Rico and was justa young man known in Lafayette to be gang affiliated with TBG, he is in critical condition. The other Clementine Brooks, she was hit a reportedly 8 time. Family and friends rushed to her aid as others called the paramedics, however by time they were arrived she was pronounced dead on scene."
