~Clementine POV~

My cousin was the first one to greet me, she grabbed me into a hug and I hugged her back. "Hey girl, I missed you sooo much." I laughed and she let me go. "You gotta update me on what's been going on? I Know something happened!" My cousin was just two years under me, she just graduating high school and I couldn't be prouder.

She had my back through everything even when my mama would make me come up here for the summer cause she didn't wanna deal with me and felt like being a hoe she was right by my side.

My auntie was always like another mother and I never felt uncomfortable around her even in the slightest. Today is different though I'm getting weird ass vibes. I don't care if I'm sick though my cousin gon have me by her side today.

We talked and shit and my auntie came outside to greet me with a hug. "Hey ma." I said excitedly hugging her back. "Hey, you know I cooked right? Come on in." I shook my head no. "I ate already ma, I'm good but make sure you enjoy some too." She nodded and went to go talk with my other aunt. Everybody was all having fun and I could actually get used to the vibe.

"Wassup Clem?" I looked at my friend Rico, he part of TBG and me and him been on a few missions together. "Heyyy" We hugged and shit and he handed me a cup that had Hennessy in it which I gladly took a sip. "So Fredo told you bout our trip to Utah." I nodded and pretended to be excited.

"Yeah I can't wait, gon leave that nigga dead for Gee." He dapped me up and we was finna walk to the back where they said mostly everybody was at but I heard a lil commotion. It's probably not shit though cause it should be all family here. "Damn I been feeling weird all day." I said lowly to Rico and he looked me up and down.

"You sick or sum?" I laughed looking at my phone. "No I don't think so, I'm probably just hungry or something but ion got a appetite." Rico looked at me like I was stupid thinking I couldn't see him. "Then you not hungry."

"Aye move out the fucking way!" My cousin and a few family members moved onto the grass and I looked up from my phone…..

~Omniscient POV~

People move out the way as a man in a black hoodie walks up suspiciously with his hands in his pockets.

"Aye move out the fucking way!" Everyone heard the man yell and moved thinking he was just gonna walk past until he pulled out a gun. Some people screamed and ran off and others just stood there looking dumb as hell.

Clementine was too into her phone and by time she looked up shots had just started ringing out.
