The Manastone is an unique stone that every individual possesses within their body which serves as a container for storing nature’s energy and has to be replenished through time once depleted in order to further use.
With the advent of its discovery, the way human’s lived became very different. A group of people armed to the teeth with magic, began to thread into areas that they were once unable.
Encroaching the mountains, forests and the sea, where ferocious monsters reside. These group of people were called Seekers.
Seekers are individuals who craved adventures, people who explored and interacted with things beyond the norm.
Magister Roland M.White, the leading researcher who discovered the Manastone existence, founded the Tristin Academy with the intention to better understand the ManaStones.
Mana Academy is the current headquarters of the Seekers or the group of Jack-of-all trade, where they accepted any requests from exterminating monsters and extracting materials from new regions to finding lost items and escortion.
The Seekers guild has a ranking system where apprentice being the lowest rank and a Magister the highest.
Ranks are awarded based on merits, virtue and most important of all, battle prowness. Battle prowness was extremely important as being a Seeker naturally meant living with death close to you.
Before being able to be an apprentice, one must first pass a test of strength and wits. As a result, a large Manastone improved one’s capability of using magic, subsequently their chances of passing the test.
Today, many youths sees being an Seeker as a temptatious occupation where one would risk their life to explore nature’s wonders and help people in times of need.
With much hype and exuberance, Seekers seek to understand the world as a whole.
