Nova Hale doesn't think she is a bad person.
She might've had the occasional... oopsie... like, you know, blowing up her ex-boyfriend's car with her mind—but that is it. She hasn't killed anyone. She hasn't committed arson. Or worse: it isn't like she has set fire to an entire house whilst the inhabitants were still in there—looking at you, Kate Argent.
The thing is, it isn't exactly easy to live a life where everyone wants to kill either her, her family—especially her cousin, Derek; that man can not catch a break!—or her friends. So forgive her if her morals might've slipped. Life is hard!
But she doesn't think she is a bad person. Bad people constantly lie, only look out for themselves, and they blow up gas stations whilst the cashier is still in there... and then lie to the police about it... Ah, shit. Oopsie.
