George pov

I was sitting in a truck with some radom guy from the moving centre. The whole ride pretty awkward since i'm not a talkative person. We drove about 30 minutes until we arrived at my new apartment. I jumped out of the truck and looked at the old small building. I walked towards the driver and told him what i needed where and how. I looked up and saw a girl. Not any girl. She was my new neighbour. Our eyes met and i smiled. This is going to be fun she looks nice.

After a few hours of moving the boxes from the truck inside the weird driver left. Now i was alone in a house filled with boxes all over the floor. I decided to order some food because i didn't have the time to buy something. That is a lie. I just don't know how to cook. Anyways. I ordered som Dominos and started unpacking my things.

I just finished setting up my office when somebody knocked on my door. It was my food. "Finally." i said to myself. I paid the delivery guy and ate my pizza while watching some Youtube. When i finished my food i unpack for like two hours and then i went for a walk.

I didn't really know this part of London really well so i just went for a walk in the park since is pretty late. I walked for 20 minutes when i decided to go back. I walked pass a cool looking coffe shop and decided to go there for breakfast in the morning.

When i was walking towards my house i spotted the girl from earlier on the balcony again. She was holding a cup in one hand and a cigarette in the other. She's pretty cool. I unlocked my door and went upstairs. I made myself a cup of tea. That is basically all i can cook. I took a blanket and headed to my balcony.

The view was gorgeous. I could see all the little lights in the distance. The street was quiet and the stars were shining. "What a perfect night." i said.

Y/n pov

"What a perfect night." said a voice beside me. I almost shitted my pants what the fuck. Oh. My new neighbour. "Yeah right." i replied. He looked towards me and smiled then looked back at the stars. I did the same thing. I lit up another cigarette and slowely inhaled. "Want one?" i asked my new neighbour. "Sure. Why not.". I handed him the pack and a quiet thanks escaped his mouth. He turned to me with the cigarette in his mouth with a questioning look. "Oh yeah sorry." i lit his cigarette and we both continued staring at the stars.

"I'm Y/n by the way." i said with a giggle. "I'm George. Nice to meet you neighbour." he replied. We stood there in a awkward silence for a few minutes before he spoke. "So, when did you move in?" "Only two days ago. Never knew i would be getting a neighbour this soon." i laughed. "Right." he replied with a chuckle. A cold wind flew by and i shivered. "Are you cold?" he asked. "Oh no i'm fine." "Here take this." he said as he handed me a blanket that he had wrapped around him. "Thanks." i said with a smile.

"So would you like to go on a breakfast tomorrow? I saw this cool coffé shop near the park." he asked. I looked at him and was about to burst out laughing. He saw my almost laughing face and tried to save it "Oh we don't have to if you don't want to i'm sorry." "No no i would love to but i own the coffé shop." i said while laughing. He stared at me with an confused expresion before he joined my laughter.

We talked for a bit before we both headed back inside in our apartments. We decided that we would get a coffe in my shop tomorrow morning and get to know each other better. Now i'm laying in my bed thinking of how lucky i am for a neighbour that doesn't seem like a complete dick. Okay maybe he is a bit weird but we all are am i right? And with that question in my head i fell asleep.

George pov

After a small talk with my new neighbour Y/n we went back to our apartments. She is kinda nice and we decided on a coffe tomorrow. I actually had a great time tonight. I am really tired but i know i promised Dream we are going play minecraft for a bit.

We played for like two hours before my eyes started to shut. I said my goodbyes to Dream and Sapnap and went to bed. We talked about my new apartment and when i told them about Y/n they were talking some weird stuff like always when a girl comes to a talk. I just laughed it of but i'm really glad that she is my neighbour and not some smelly old lady. After i set my alarm for tomorrow i quickly driffted of to sleep.
