Today I received the call from Takeda-sensei saying that we have our practice match on Monday at 5, thankfully on Monday we only take classes till 12pm. I went to Yachi's bedroom to tell her that I could go with her today

"Chichi!" I knocked at the door "You can enter" She said and so I did "I got good news~" she looked at me with starry eyes "Are you coming with me?!" I nodded and smiled "Yes!!!" She cheered "What's all the commotion?" Mother entered the room "Y/n is accompanying me to the boys game" Yachi exclaimed but Mother had a sarcastic smile on her face "Uhh honey, why don't you let the sports thing to your sister and focus more on school? You love mathematics don't you, why don't you sign up for math clubs or even science club?!" Yachi looked down as if she thought she was a disappointment

"Mother" I frowned at her "What?" She shrugged "Chichi can do anything I do and much more, don't limit her expectations because of your harsh words" she was taken aback "Y/n!" She yelled at me "I'm saying the truth and I'm setting the example to Yachi that anyone can do what they like if they put their hearts into it! If you're not going to approve of this then fine she doesn't need it because she's not a baby anymore she can make her own decisions!!" I looked at Yachi and smiled sadly "I'm gonna go change, please knock on my door when it's time to go" She nodded and with that I left

'What's her problem? I know she wants her daughter to be someone more that herself but shutting a fun activity is not a great way to set an example!' I sat on my desk checking on my laptop the top #5 volleyball players from now

"Y/n do you know anything about Seijoh?!" Hinata asked "I do" he got up from his seat and sat next to me "Can you tell me?!" I nodded "Seijoh or Aoba Johsai is a power house guided by a very annoying self-centered guy!" I fumed "Do you know who Oikawa-San is Y/n?" Kageyama asked "I don't know him personally but I've seen his matches and interviews, he's a total jack-ass I don't know why girls like to date him, he's totally focused more on volleyball than girls?!" Sugawara caressed my back as I kept venting

"I get you, he almost hit me when we were in middle school" Kageyama quietly confessed but I knew all of it "You went to middle school with him?!" Hinata asked Kageyama as he nodded "If you're the king that means he must be better than you..." Hinata mumbled "HEY I HEARD THAT YOU GREMLIN!!" I tried to separate them "HEY! We're here and please don't fight" Ukai said "Oh wow Seijoh!" Yachi whispered as she looked at the building in front of us

Ukai parked the bus so we started to get out in order... well except the 2 hyperactive first years "I bet that you guys are gonna win against those losers" I said "I really don't want to get my hopes up" Suga laughed, I patted his back "Don't worry Suga-san the team will do amazing!" I grabbed a bag that was on the floor next to the bus "Oh no need, I can carry it" A soft voice said behind me, it was Kiyoko "Oh hi, it's not problem Kiyoko I can carry it towards the gym, it's not that heavy" She nodded and we began to carry everything towards the gym
