Song for the chapter: Horchata—Vampire Weekend
It was a Friday night and Bianca was in the library with Harry and Hermione once again. She was helping Harry practice for the tournament. Luckily, there weren't too many people studying on a Friday night so no one noticed when stupify backfired and she went flying into a bookcase.
"Sorry," Harry apologizes sheepishly.
"Don't be," Bianca hisses through her teeth as she gets up from the ground. Her back was aching, but it was nothing a little stretching couldn't fix.
"We should take a studying break," Hermione suggests. She must notice Bianca wincing in pain.
"Good idea," the girl agrees sliding into a chair. They worked in silence for a while beside the occasional question.
"Why is he always in here?" Hermione whispers. Harry and Bianca both follow her gaze to see her looking at Viktor Krum. He was browsing through the books a few shelves over.
"Maybe he's just studying," Bianca suggests, not seeing why it was such a big deal. "Dumbledore said they're welcome to use all of the resources Hogwarts offers."
"Yeah there's nothing wrong with that, but there's always a group of girls following him," Hermione notes with a roll of her eyes. "Some people are actually trying to study."
As if on queue, a group of girls peak around the bookshelf to get a better look at Krum. These girls were from Beauxbatons, which is an all-girl school, so they probably didn't get a lot of male attention. Krum plucks a book from the shelf and goes to sit at a table and read it.
A girl with dark hair that fell right at her shoulders and eyes as dark as Bianca's seems to be the leader of the group. Her skin was tanned, her cheekbones stuck out in a way that made Bianca kind of jealous. She was wearing tight clothes that hugged her curves, and she carried herself in a way that said 'I know I'm perfect.'
"Come on guys, let's just go back to the carriage he's obviously busy," the perfect girl says, her voice was pretty deep.
"Cassie, maybe we want to talk to him," a petite blonde girl squeaks. She was obviously younger than the others, they seemed to discard her opinions. Bianca felt a little bad for the younger girl.
"Well, if he doesn't even take interest in me, I doubt he'll have anything to say to you," the dark-haired girl named Cassies responds. This shocks Bianca this girl was near perfect, but she hadn't expected her to be such a bitch.
Cassie leads the girls out of the library and Bianca shakes her head. "Now I understand what you mean. Can you believe how she was speaking to that little girl?"
"Reminds me of Draco, if we're being honest," Hermione admits.
Bianca laughs at Hermione's comment. "It kind of does huh?"

The next day was their first Hogsmeade trip. For Bianca's little friend group, these were their favorite days of the year. Hogsmeade trips are slightly less exciting now that she goes once a week for therapy. Today, however, was a day dedicated to fun and her friends were there to spend it with, so it was still exciting.
Fred and George had planned the day to a tee. They had a piece of parchment with a schedule on it as they meet their friends at the front doors. They're beaming at the group which makes Bianca smile. The twins' energy was contagious.
"Alright I'm glad you all made it here on time," Fred smiles clapping his gloved hands together.
"Wish I could say the same about you," Juniper counters with a cheeky smirk.
