Birds chirping, and trees waving. The warm golden rays of sunlight poured through the window.
That was Mina's alarm clock for the first time she was at the place. And for the first time in a long time, Mina had gotten the good sleep she wanted for the past few days.
"Such a nice way to welcome the day." Mina got up, looking outside the window. It doesn't have any curtains yet so the warm sun has woken her up.
The air was a bit cold but fresh; no smoke nor dust she could breathe.
Last night was a blast. They had a party, they sang and danced the night away until midnight struck.
It was now 10 am and Mina changed into her light blue sundress. She thought that it was the best dress for the place so she brought more of it but in different colors and designs.
Mina took a glance at her side bed table. The hat that Chaeyoung gave to her last night was there. She then flashed a beam, took it, and wore it.
Mina looked at the mirror, checking out herself. It fits her dress but she isn't going out so it's not the best time to use it yet but Mina admits she was excited.
It was the first gift Chaeyoung gave to her and she treasured it. She then puts the hat back on the side table and goes outside.
Chaeyoung's room was already wide open---it was at the front of her room so she can clearly see what's inside with the door open.
There wasn't really that much inside like her room cause like Chaeyoung said, the house was still new.
Small closet, a bed, side table, study table, and a comfort and shower room. Practically the same as hers but Chaeyoung's room has a balcony.
"I should check that out later." Mina mumbled and she finally walked downstairs.
Jeongyeon and Nayeon's room that's beside the stairs were closed. Well, they are responsible enough not to let the door open.
"Jeongyeon-unnie, what's for today?" Mina asked, Jeongyeon was now busy in the kitchen. Nayeon and Chaeyoung are nowhere to be found.
"Some pancakes, Chaeyoung and Nayeon already ate. Chaeyoung is preparing for your visit to Daisy's house." Jeongyeon responds, putting the pancakes on the dining table with some honey and butter.
Mina then sat down. "Unnie... Is there something between Nayeon-unnie and you?"
Jeongyeon then coughed. She didn't expect Mina's response.
"Why would you say so?" Jeongyeon composed herself back again. It's always been like that.
"I just noticed you stealing a glance at her. It's like you're longing for something as you look at Nayeon-unnie."
"Maybe I just miss my mom and I'm looking at Nayeon cause I want to know her more." Jeongyeon responded. It's actually not a lie because Jeongyeon really missed her mom and she wants to know more about Nayeon too.
Jeongyeon wasn't ready to talk about it yet, especially because she doesn't know what Nayeon has been through because of her.
Mina just nodded. It's not like it was the first time that Jeongyeon has kept things from her. They all have their privacy and Mina understood it the most since she also has more of it.
Mina was about to dig in when Jeongyeon stopped her.
"I almost forgot!" Jeongyeon held Mina's hand and Mina looked at her. She then opened one of the cabinets and grabbed some blueberries.
