Feet wandering towards the foot of the plane.

Chaeyoung had arrived at the place where she used to call home.

It technically was still her home but knowing how time had passed by in a blink of an eye, changes have been made in the past decade.

The city was now more crowded. Buildings have replaced trees, and different kinds of structures have now been established.

But this...

Is still the place that makes Chaeyoung feel whole.

Cause her friend is here,

Her family,

And of course,

Mina.

"I've tried, Mina."

"I've tried, many times..."

"But I still kept on coming back to you."

Chaeyoung walked through the aisle of passengers, embracing their loved ones as they welcomed them.

But no one was there for Chaeyoung just like how it should be.

For the past ten years, she has been going in and out of Korea secretly.

Random dates, random flights. Just to avoid unnecessary meetings of the people she has treasured and to avoid one person that's no other than...

Mina.

Both hands packed with the luggage, Chaeyoung stopped as she grabbed something out from her pocket; it was a ringing phone.

"Have you arrived, Miss Son?" A voice called out.

Chaeyoung giggles and responds, "I have, Ryujin. Thank you for keeping everything on time."

"No worries, Miss Son. But when exactly do you want to go back? You didn't tell me the date yet."

"I'm guessing... Maybe in 2 days."

"Okay Miss Son! Have an enjoyable vacation!"

"Thank you."

Putting down the phone, a man approached Chaeyoung as he handed the key to her car.

It wasn't that luxurious. And it wasn't that big as Chaeyoung might have a hard time adjusting herself while driving.

Passing along those unfamiliar streets, Chaeyoung just kept looking at the monitor to not make herself lost.

She wants to explore everything at her own pace, that's why she didn't hire a driver.

Everything has moved on, places have changed. Everything had changed.

From the littlest post that Chaeyoung remembered walking through the night, down to the streets and the lights.

Posters of democracy and being free from the government have been all over the city. The dream that many people wanted to achieve has now finally come true.

Rather than crowded streets, there were also many people with smiles plastered on their faces, together hand in hand without getting restricted nor discriminated.

Driving along those straight lines, Chaeyoung stopped at the headlights.

Her eyes weren't even tired of wandering while driving. Earlier she looked out from her window and felt a cold, somewhat dusty breeze flash in her face.
