No One's POV:
After a while, the ambulance came and they took Sakusa then left.
Some police and a doctor stayed here and came in Sakusa's dorm to examine his room in case he left something and to also find out why he was in this condition.
Atsumu's POV:
The police and a doctor went to Omi's room and then came out after a few minutes.
"Uhm.. Is there anyone we can talk to about this boy? Any family members?" The doctor asked "Uh.. M-me.." Komori said, walking up to them. "Do you want me to say it publicly or privately?" "It's fine if you say it out loud.."
"Hm... Okay, thank you.. uhm.. He has Hanahaki. It's a disease where flowers come out of his and makes him suffocate. The reason for this is having a one-sided love. From the looks of the flowers that he coughed up, I'm guessing that he had this for 3 months and from the looks of it, he didn't tell any of you... I'm sorry"
So I am the reason he's like this...
"B-but he'll be okay right? Please tell me! Will he be okay?" "Sorry Sir but we don't know if he will or not." Komori then fell down and broke into tears.
This is all my fault...
"Uhm... Is there anyone named 'Miya Atsumu' here?"
Eh? Why me?
"U-uh... here sir.." "Hm..." He then walked up to me and handed me an envelope. "We saw this and it had your name so we're guessing that it's for you..." I took the envelope. It had Omi's handwriting and a little note in at the front of the envelope..

To: Miya Atsumu

~End of the Note~
"Uh... Thank you... I guess.." "Anytime.. We'll be off now!" The police and the doctor then left and I went to my dorm and locked the door.
Why would Omi give me a letter... I mean, I am the reason he's dead but... Why me?... What did he write?
I then opened the envelope, took out the paper, then read the letter.
