Chapter 18

“Who is this?” Mew asked. He was sitting in Gulf's bed while Gulf was laying down.

Gulf raise his head and take  peek. “Picture," he responded after he look. Mew's eyes sharpen when he heard it.

Gulf saw Mew expression, he can't help not to laugh. “Kidding that’s my big sister,” Gulf said while looking. Mew snatch the album from Gulf hand and stare at the picture.

“Where is she?” Mew asked, while looking at the picture of a girl who have a silky long hair and a white skin. She's like a goddess, she has a long legs and curvy waist.

“In the state with my parents." He's uncomfortable to asnwer that but he pretend infront of Mew he's not affected.

“Then why they left you here?” Mew asked, while flipping the page.

Gulf lean to the headboard. “They need to... My sister need to get a heart transplant there but it's turn out that they choose to stay there. At first they ask me if I want to go with them but I refuse,” he asnwer, causing Mew stop looking at the photo book and turn around to stare at him.

“Why?” Mew become more curious. The truth is he want to know Gulf more.

“I’m not close with them. I didn’t know if I'm the one who keep distancing myself or I just always felt that they didn’t saw me as their son, so that’s why." He's playing his hand, he didn’t want to look at Mew eyes. Mew still not talking, he was observing his movements.

“Mew, can I ask you a question?” Gulf asked, but he still didn’t look at him.

“What is it?” Mew asked, before he stand up to sit beside Gulf.

“Are you still mad at my brothers?” Gulf asked. He know he doesn’t have a right to ask that and it's not easy to ask this question to someone keeping a hatred to his heart in  many years.

“Why you're asking, all of the sudden?” Mew asked again. He doesn’t know how to answer that question, he didn’t know what should he answer.

“I just want to tell you that it's not their fault, I want to clear something that day that day my brother call sister Audrey to just inform her what's happening but sister Audrey said she's involve with that, my brothers try to stop her. Beside It's all my fault, if I didn’t shoot that person, that person will not kill sister Audrey, if that happen she's still alive... shes still with y—” Gulf stop from syaing the last word. He can't speak that clear. He was afriad what he will react that this.

Gulf stop from worrying when he felt Mew hand put to his head and playfully brush his hair. Gulf raised his head and look at him.

“I already know about that, your brothers told me what happen that day, no need to worry, beside If that’s your fault you should be the one that person kill first but then I realize I think that person hate Audrey more,” Mew said. Gulf widened his eyes from what he heard.

“You and my brother already talked?” Gulf asked. Now he shake Mew shoulder that make Mew chuckle.

“Yes."

"So, how it turn out?" He's shaking him.

“Don’t shake me, my head's hurting. Do you believe that it’s a half, half?” Mew said. Gulf stop shaking him.

“What do you mean?”

“They explain what happen but w- never mind you should not think about it,” Mew said and he took the blanket and covered it to Gulf's face. Gulf harshly removed the blanket from his face then he look at Mew with a frown.

“Daddy!!” Both of them look at door and they see Kaizer jump from the bed.

“Are you having fun without me?” Kaizer asked while pouting. Gulf look at Mew who shrugged his shoulder after he look at Kaizer after that he brush his hair.

“Were not."

“You sure." Gulf and Mew smile at him.

“Dad When we going out again?” Kaizer aske. He already between in Gulf and Mew, sitting on his dad's lap.

“When do you want to?” Mew asked, then he look at Gulf.

“Weekend. Brother did you know that my teacher already stop coming to our house?" Gulf worriedly stare at him.

“Hmm? Why?”

“She said there's something she need to do so I plan Kaizer to go to school next year,” Mew said. Gulf widened his eyes before a smile form in his face.

“You want to let him?” Gulf knew that Mew doesn’t want Kaizer to go out without him.

“Yes." He said without hesitation. gulf notice Mew didn't lie, he can see he was so sure he qill let Kaizer go to school like normal kids do.

Gulf can see Kaizer need to socialize more. Kaizer is a normal kids who can go to shool but due to Mew condition he was afriad to lose him.

"Dad... my mom will not comeback right?” Mew and Gulf got stunned when they heard it from Kaizer. They saw how Kaizer avoiding their eyes, he bow his head and start fidgeting his finger.

Mew held Kaizer to face him.
“What are you saying?”

“I already heard you before, talking with grandma and she said my mom is dead  and she will never comeback.” Mew lost the force on his hand and suddenly drop. He knew Kaizer doesn't understand their conversations but to his surprised, all this time his son know about it, he was just keep his mouth shut.

“Son...” Kaizer look up and smile at them sweetly.

“You’re not sad?" It was a dumb question he did, hw know it jut that's the only word he can speak that time.

“Yes... before but now I have dad with me and of course you brother,” Kaizer said. He didn’t failed to make Gulf happy.

“I didn’t know your son understand what happening,” Gulf whisper to Mew. Mew cameback to his sense and look at Gulf before he calm down.

“You want to go to your mom cemetery?” Mew asked, while brushing his son hand. Kaizer look at them.

“You allowed me to?” Kaizer asked, causing Mew to nod at him. Kaizer hug his dad before he wrap his arm to the both of them.

Someone Pov

“Is your task already done?”

“Sorry boss, I just saw Mew, he look happy I think he was already move on.” I kick the table in front of me.

“Fuck shit! Did Mew already lost his mind?! I already did him hate that boy so we can kill that person easily, you all are so useless! If you can’t do it, I’ll do it!” I shout at them. This can’t be happen, my plan is to make that boy suffer and the first target is Mew, but now I found out he was happy with them?!

“Just wait. You're lucky this time but I'll make sure that boy's head will be crash by my hand."
