Chapter 41

"Matthew? What are you doing here, who is he?" Mike and Matthew gave space to each other and Matthew turned around to someone who called him but from that voice, he already knew who is it.

"Mom," Matthew said. When he turned around he saw a figure and then looked at Mike who was shocked when he heard Matthew call her his mother.

"What are you doing? Are you bullying him?" Pree asked while looking at Mike who looked like Matthew bullied him that's why she asked it.

"No. Of course not. You know how behave I am," Matthew said with a smile. Mike saw this kind of behavior from him and he wished he had never seen the side of Matthew earlier.

"So who is he?" Pree asked Matthew before looking at Mike who still not saying a word before he spoke.

"He's my friend," Matthew said, Pree nodded at them.

"Why are you both here in the women's store?" Pree asked again, both of them were shocked they just realized it.

"Ohh he's buying a gift for his sister, yeah that's right," Matthew said, even Pree was not convinced how her youngest explanation but she just nodded.

"Did I say go back home your fan-" Matthew seriously looked at her and stopped his mom from saying it.

"I'll go home but can I get him to our home?" Matthew said. Pree didn't protest and walked toward Mike and suddenly she put her arm on Mike's arm. Mike was stunned by what she did but didn't complain, there was a feeling inside him when Pree held him. It feels warm.

"Let's go, your dad is already there!" Pree excitedly said and grabbed them. Both of them didn't say a word but Matther looked at Mike when Mike looked at him he looked away. 'don't look at me as if you didn't blackmail me earlier.' Mike says out loud inside his mind.

When all of them go to the parking lot. They separate, Matthew drives the car with Mike while Pree goes to their car because the driver waiting for her.

Inside the car, Matthew and Mike were quiet but suddenly Matthew spoke.
"I'm sorry," he said. Mike looks at him.

"Do you think I'm afraid if you say it to them? I don't care but I won't agree with you," Mike said in a low voice. Matthew let out a sigh.

"Ok, let's just eat at our house then after this, I won't bother you again," Matthew said. Mike didn't say a word. He's still upset because of how Matthew blackmailed him but he's not too mad about it, he still remembers how Matthew was good to him even though he always bothered and teased him making him annoyed but in the past few days, Matthew was there for him.

After a long ride, they arrive at a big gate. The gate was so wide and someone opened it. Mike silently observed it and he thought when the gate opened a house would appear but he was wrong.

Matthew still drove for minutes while Mike looked at the surroundings, there were small trees on the way and while all the ground was full of Bermuda grass it looked like a park but it was too wide for it.

At the end of it, there was a mansion in front.

Matthew parked the car in the garage. Matthew opened the car and Mike went outside. Matthew looked at him, he was about to hold Mike's hand but he remembered the thing he said earlier so he just pointed out the way before he walked.

When they arrived inside Mike stopped when he saw a familiar figure sitting on the sofa who faking her smile.
"Big sis," Mike said under his breath. Matthew heard it but his expression didn't change.

"You're here, who is he?" Matthew's dad asked. Matthew was about to answer when a kid the upstairs and ran downstairs.

"Brother Mike!" Kaizer said and ran toward him. Mike smiled at him and lifted him when Kaizer already run toward him.

A girl who just faked her smile earlier widened his eyes when he saw Mike.
"Mike?! What are you doing here?" Ayesha asked and walked toward him. Mike didn't know what he answer but Ayesha realised something before he smiled.

"Ahmm he treat me a meal?" Mike said. Ayesha whispered making Mike's body.

"Lil bro help me out. I have a boyfriend but Mom and dad pushing me to marry their son. I think it's Matthew because Mom and Auntie Pree are best friends. You're Matthew's lover, right? Go tell them right away if you don't want me and him married," Ayesha whispered. Mike opened his mouth when Ayesha said it but suddenly the scene earlier came out of his mind. 'Did Matthew try to blackmail me because he wanted to get out of this marriage?'

Matthew's parent looks at them. When Ayesha is already done she smiles and goes back to her posture while Mike still does not recover until Kaizer asks him.

"Brother Mike, did you see my dad with brother?" Kaizer asked. Mike stop from his thinking before he answered him someone spoke at the door.

"We're here son," Mew said at the back while beside with Gulf. Mike let go of Kaizer and let him run towards his father and Gulf.

"Mew, you didn't say you would come," Pree said and walked toward them, when she saw Gulf she smiled widely at him.

"Nice to meet you again ma'am," Gulf said, and he smiled.

"I was planning to go get Kaizer's mom and dad," Mew said and caressed Kaizer's hair.

"It's good you're here, let's talk about Matthew's upcoming marriage," their father said. All of them looked at Mathew who still not talking.

Mike didn't know why he took a step into Matthew's side and whispered to him.
"My sister has a boyfriend. If you don't want this marriage you can tell them you have a lover," Mike whispered. Matthew looked shocked by what he heard but after that, he smiled widely and held Mike's hand. Mike can't process what Matthew is about to do.

"Mom and Dad, the marriage was about to cut off. I have a lover, his name is Mike," Matthew said. All of them were shocked except for Ayesha who smiled widely while looking at his brother while Matthew holding hands.

Mike nods at them with a smile on his face.
"Yes he has a lover and he is Mike..... Mike? Oh, it's me......wait..... WHAT??!!!"
