SAFG Sequel : I'll Be The Lead

Chapter 4

“You’re not allowed to go you should take a responsibility,” Gulf Eyes widened when he heard it.

“What responsibility? Wait you're not mad at me anymore?” Gulf asked. He try to push him but Mew tightening his arm around him make Gulf cheeks turn into red.

“Stop it, are you drunk?” Gulf ask again but Mew grin and shake his head.

“I want to be wasted and I go to the bar earlier but because of someone I got interrupt and go back here,” Mew said. Gulf frown because the way Mew talk it's look like nothing happen or he's not mad at him anymore. Gulf keep struggling and finally Mew let him after that they stare at each other.

The ambiance is full silence, they just heard their heartbeat can't stop from beating faster, louder and louder.

‘If he keep acting like this I don’t know what will happen. Even if I miss him so much I can’t push my self to him. I know I'm the one should be blame for the lost of his wife and I deserve to be hate by him’

“Lets talk,” Mew said. Gulf nod and let Mew to pull him wherever he wanted to go, so they can talk properly. Mew Pulling him through the garden and let Gulf sit in the bench and there, they saw Kaizer busy playing from corner of the garden. They choose not to call him for a while because they can't let Kaizer heard what they need to talk about.

“Tell me everything happen that day?” Mew asked In his serious tone. Out of nowhere Gulf can't help not to pull some emotion but he can't let Mew see it on his face.

Gulf tell everything that day just like what he did when Nina asked him earlier. Even though it was difficult for him to go back to the time that he had wanted to forget for a long time, he still told all the full details of that incident.

After he tell all the story he look at him. Gulf can see in his eyes the sadness and loneliness. Gulf felt the guilt again when he saw it but no words wanted to come out from his mouth.

“I’m Sorry,” that was the first word come to his mouth after a few minute, but to his surprised Mew looked up and then smile as if he didn't feel the pain he's holding on inside of him.

“It's ok, I shouldn’t blame you,” Mew said and he put his hand on Gulf chin. Gulf couldn’t believe what he heard from Mew.

“Why you're being like this? if you mad at me you should blame me! After all I deserve it,” Gulf said while looking at the man in front of him, his emotion didn’t change, he just keep smiling that make Gulf more confuse also feel nervous.

“Why you’re the one who kill my wife? No right? They kill her in their own hands not you. Yes I want to blame you in the first place but I realize that I shouldn’t blame you and jump to the conclusion, I should thank to the people who wake me up and think before I act,” Mew said. This time he stop touching Gulf chin and look at Kaizer from afar. Gulf bite his lips, his eyes began to blurry.

A tears start flowing on his face while silently sobbing. He doesn’t want to act like this but he can’t stop himself, as if his body controlling him it's look like someone was controlling his body. 'I know I’m strong enough to face my fear but because of him I can’t handle my emotion. What this man did to me?!’ he said because he knew being with Kaizer and Mew side day pass and pass they become Gulf weakness.

When Mew notice Gulf making a slight noise beside him he turn his gaze, he didn't expect  when he saw Gulf at this state. He pull him into his arm and caressing his back.
“Let's end this discussion. If I can’t fix the past I should build a new memory, this time I will never let that happen again. I’ll find that person and make that person pay for what they done,” Gulf pull away from his arm.

“Why it's easy for you to forgive me? You should push me away you want that right? I’ll fulfill it for you.” Mew expression change from smiling to a cold stare make Gulf body freeze from looking at him.

“You’re not listening to me… I said I want to forget everything and make a new memory, just give me a time to find that person…. don’t cry you look like a crying baby than Kaizer,” Mew said. He wipe Gulf tears using his finger and cup Gulf face on his both hand.

“Then let's find them,” Gulf said. When he recover. Mew smile at him and nod. He pull Gulf again to gave a hug but Gulf push him away that make Mew confused.

“Don’t hug me what if Kaizer or untie Nina saw us, they will think something.” Mew sit properly but he still frowning. Gulf shake his head and smile slightly.

“I thought you don't have a friend?” Gulf ask making a topic because Mew still frowning as if the whole universe disgrace him.

“What? And who said that?” Mew said he turn to face him.

“That bastard who standing in front of your gate before I came here and he said you doesn't have any friend and you stop trusting anyone after sister Audrey dea– ahh so who is the someone make you realize something?” Gulf ask in a low voice. He didn't continue the death word, he knew it's sensitive words to them, specially to Mew.

Mew look away like he was avoiding something but he smile in embarrassment. Gulf want to ask a question again but he saw Kaizer run toward them that only notice them earlier.

“DAD!” Kaizer shout and run. They both smiling until Kaizer stumbled as he ran closer. When Gulf and Mew saw it they stand up from the bench and walk together to Kaizer who still laying on the grass.

“Next time don’t run ok?” Gulf said when they arrive. Both of them are sitting on the grass while Kaizer smile like nothing happened. Mew check Kaizer knee if there's some bursts and it does. He look at Kaizer who still smiling.

“Let's clean your wound,” Mew said and he lifted Kaizer and walk inside the house while Gulf follow them.

As they walk, Mew ask him. “Should we go back tomorrow?” Mew asked, Gulf smile even though Mew didn't see it.

He fantasizing Mew back. He heard Mew asking but he's to busy to look at his back.

"Gulf…" Mew stop and look at him even Kaizer look at him with a confusion in their eyes. Gulf was embarrassed, he didn't know that he would caught. Gulf change his eye direction before he whistle.
