"I want to bring some pink over here. . . But that will ruin the balance with the white. . .
Hm. . ."

A few nights after being officially hired by Lilly's company.

I'm alone in the office, puzzling over something.

(Lilly said she'd be happy to use my ideas if they were good. And I'd really like to have one or two of my designs used. . . But. . .)

I can't come up with any designs I'm happy with, and keep sketching and erasing over and over again.

I glance at my watch to see that it's already almost 9:00 pm.

[Me]
"Whoa, is that the time already?!"

(I said I was going to meet everyone!)

I quickly start getting ready to leave.

Just as I'm about to run out the door, the door opens from the outside.

[Takenouchi Suguru]
"Whoa. . ."

[Me]
"I-I'm sorry. . ."

[Takenouchi Suguru]
"Were you just waiting in front of the door or something?"

[Me]
"What?"

[Takenouchi Suguru]
"I'm not really into older women"

"I have no intention of. . . Wait, did you say older?!"
