Chap:21

Arru:Aap apna khayal rakhna okay Dadu?(she said hugging her sick grandpa)

Dadu: Don't worry Arru,mai bilkul thik hu aur aab tujhse milne k baad toh aur v thik hogaya.(he said giving her a warm smile)

Arru:Mai aab chalti hu,Dadi aap please inka dhayan rakhna aur Dadu No sugar.(She said trying to be serious but failed when her grandparents chuckled at her fake seriousness. She laughed along with them.)

Dadi:Gharpe sab thik hai na? (She asked Aradhana)

Arru:Haan Dadi sab thik hai!(she said and started wearing her shoes)

Dadi:Ajey kaisa hai?

Arru:Thik hai!(said without looking at her)

Dadi:Arru?(said holding her arm)

Arru(looked at her):Ji dadi?

Dadi:Kya baat hai,bata mujhe?

Arru:K..kuch baat nahi hai Dadi,sab t..thik hai(said and gave a small smile)

Dadi:Tujhe toh thik se jhuth v bolna nahi aata.

Arru(looked at the floor)

Dadi:Tu kabse mujhse baate chipane laggayi?

Arru:Aaisi baat nahi hai Dadi..(sighs) Baat darashal ye hai ki ajkal Ajey se jyada baat hi nahi hoti. Wo subha subha office k liye nikal jata hai aur raat ko der tak wohi rehta hai. 1 hafte se jyada hogaye hai usse dekhe huwe, phone karo toh busy hu bolke cut kardeta hai. Yesterday we completed 6 months of our marriage and he didn't even called to wish or planned anything and when I called him then he didn't picked up my call. Pata hai Yash bhaiya Sakshi bhabi k liye hamesha time nikalte hai,unhe bahar leke jaate hai, kitna pyaar karte hai wo bhabi se aur Ajey,usse toh sayed yaad v nahi hoga ki wo married hai aur uski ek wife v hai. (She said sadly)

Dadi:Arru, don't be sad beta. Kuch important kaam hoga isiliye toh Ajey itna busy hai warna wo aaisa thodi karta. Usse v toh tumhare saath time spend karna hoga but kaam k pressure se nahi kar paraha.

Arru:But Dadi kya kaam mujhse jyada important hai? I am his wife and...(her eyes became moisten) Rehne do ye sab. Aap apna aur Dadu ka khayal rakhna,bye.(hugged her and leaving when Dadi called her)(she turned to look at her)

Dadu:Like you said You are his wife. Ye tumhe decide karna hai ki tum apne aur Ajey k relationship ko kaise aage badhogi. Fight with him,be angry with him,love him,make him jealous,make him miss you every minute, make him to crave for you everyday, etc etc. Jo karna hai karo par aaise chup chup aansu bahake mat baitho. Okay?(she said with a smile)

Arru (smile and node her head)(left from there)

(Aradhana went home and recall everything what dadi had said earlier to her. She decided to do what she understood from her talk with Dadi and waits for Ajey.)

(It's midnight but she is still awake, waiting for Ajey to come. She had called her but he being he didn't answered it. It's 2AM when she heard the opening sound of door. She looked at the door and found Ajey entering slowly inside the room like a thief, trying to not make any sound. He thought that Aradhana is sleeping so that's why to not to disturb her he is entering like this.)

(He slowly closed the door and looked at the bed and started to walk towards the closet when Aradhana turn the lights on. Ajey paused on his spot for a while and turned back and found his wife sitting on the right side of the couch, folding her legs together and hands crossed. She isn't holding any expression on her face.)

Ajey(surprisingly): Aradhana? You haven't slept yet? Why?

Arru(looked another side and started using her phone)
