ch 1 - senior year

"Victoria! Lets go were going to be late!" I yelled while standing in the front entrance of her house. "Calm down, Alice! I'm right here, honestly just let me put on my shoes." Victoria said.

Okay so, my name is Alice and i've been best friends with Victoria since kindergarden. Today is our first last week of senior year and I am extremely excited because after one week, i'll finally be free from this hell hole. I mean don't get me wrong, yes I still enjoy going to school to see my friends and everything, but the work is just to much for me to handle and I get stressed easily and overthink too much.

"Okay finally lets go, if you would've taken any longer, we would have to run to school." I joked. "Hey I did not take that long! I just forgot to set my alarm last night." Victoria stated and we walked to the front doors of the school. We made our way to our lockers and then went to our classes and agreed on sitting at our normal spot for lunch; under the big willow tree just infront of our school, weve been eating lunch there everyday since our freshman year and i'm not complaining.

The school day went by pretty slow but at lunch time Victoria couldn't stop talking about these three guys, Ethan, Thomas and Damiano. She said something about creating a band with them and she said she wanted me to meet them. I myself do love music, but I don't really believe I have the talents of becoming a musician. Victoria on the other hand, is crazy talented, she plays the bass so well it mesmerizes me. So naturally I accepted her offer and agreed to meet them after school at Vic's house, I wouldn't have time to go home or anything because Vic wouldn't let me, she said "I'm more important and plus we can have dinner and my house." I knew for sure she is going to order pizza because her dad wasn't home and she is inviting three guys over.

The school day was over and me, Vic and Nica were walking to their house. Nica is Vics younger sister and I hate to say this, but shes so pretty it makes me jealous.

When we arrived at their house we went straight upstairs and changed, since I didn't have any clothes here, Victoria lent me an outfit and I loved what she chose for me.

An hour passed and me and Vic were in her living room while forcing Nica to judge our model walks, but I already know I won, i've been practicing my model walk since I actually got a good sense of fashion. "Sorry Vic, but Alice is a natural and plus she can really pull of that outfit." Nica complimented me and Victoria gasped in defeat. She started threatening me by saying "I will haunt you in your sleep" or "I will put poison ivy on your pillow cases" but sadly we got interrupted by the doorbell ringing and Vics mood immediately changed and she jumped up from her seat and basically dragged me to the door.

When she opened the door I first saw a guy with shoulder length brown hair and on the left of him, a blonde guy with a mullet and to the right of him, a guy with very long black hair. "Ciao Vic! Oh and who is your pretty friend?" The guy with brown hair turned to me. "Alice" I simply said. "Ooh cool name! Oh yea right I'm Damiano, this is Ethan and Thomas" He said with an inviting smile. The other two guys smiled as well. I don't no where Vic found these guys but their all so sweet and polite.

"Ahh VeVe how good to see you!" Damiano said to Veronica as she walked upstairs to her bedroom. "I swear to fucking god Damiano. Call me VeVe one more time and I will murder you in your sleep." Nica closed the door to her room and I laughed. "So mean." Damiano said putting a hand on his chest. "Yea yea okay lets go guys I want to order pizza and watch a movie." Vic said leading us into the living room.

20 minutes later, me, Vic, Thomas, Ethan and Damiano are on the couch scrolling through netflix trying to decide what to watch while waiting for the pizza to be delivered. "Wait wait! That one!" Thomas says and points to the screen. 'The Conjuring' in big letters. "Hell no." I say, there is no way in watching a horror movie, I do not do well with those. "Oohh someone scared?" Ethan asked. "Yes actually, very scared thanks for asking." I responded. "I agree with Alice, this movie will scare the living shit out of me." Victoria chimed in. "Oh come on, just give it a try." Ethan tried to convince us. "Yea don't me dramatic i'm sure its not that bad, hasn't Veronica watched this one? Wait- VEVE HAVE YOU WATCHE-" "I SWEAR TO GOD DAMIANO I AM ON THE PHONE" Nica yelled back and me and Vic both immediately looked at eachother with a smirk on our lips. "ALICE, VIC, DO NOT MOVE AN INCH. JUST WATCH THE GODDAMN MOVIE AND LEAVE ME IN PEACE." Nica yelled at us before we could move. We both sighed in disappointment and looked at Damiano. Who clicked play on the screen. "Damiano." "Alice." Damiano said and Alice showed him her middle finger.

"Okay this movie is traumatizing." I said. "It is." Vic agreed. "Shh shh. I find it interesting, oh wait- werent we supposed to get pizza?" Damiano looked at me. I shrugged and got up. "Ill go check the door but I didn't hear anything." I said and walked to the door then opened it. Wanna guess what I saw?

Veronica making out with the pizza guy. "Honestly?" I said and looked at the two. "What?" Veronica asked like nothing was wrong. I sighed, "Well, im taking this for free." I grabbed the pizza box and went back to my friends  and Damiano paused the movie. "Your sister is making out with the pizza guy on your front porch." I said and placed the pizza on the coffee table and took a piece. "I swear to fucking god this girl, shes 16!" Victoria said and started walking out the living room, but before she could go anywhere she got a notification to see a text from 'Nicaaa'

Nicaaa- You interupt us and i'll tell all your friends in that living room your gay.

Vic- Fuck you.

We all stared at Vic blankly, not knowing anything that's happening. She cleared her throat and sat back down on the couch. "Okay lets finish the movie." She said and looked at the screen, but no one pressed play so she looked back at us. "VICTORIA WHAT DID THE GODDAMN MESSAGE SAY!?" I screamed and ran for her phone, but she grabbed it before I could and sat on it. "Victoria.. what did the message say?" I said in a curious but also mad tone. "Nothing important." "Then why aren't you going to interrupt your sister." I asked. "I can't, she blackmailed me." Vic confessed. "Wait what was the blackmail?" Thomas now joined the conversation while Ethan and Damiano just starred at her. She just looked everyone, but I got an idea. I sprinted down the hallway to the front door and opened the door Nica and the guys jumped. "Go" Is all Nica said. "What was the blackmail, Veronica De Angelis?" She just looked at me, then looked back at everyone who was now standing behind us, then she looked back at me. "Vics bisexual." She said then closed the door shut.

I turned my head and looked at all of them, then just at Vic, she looked so fucking scared, literally almost bursting into tears. I know coming out can be pretty scary, but I mean come on. Were all her best friends, no one is going to get mad because there is nothing to get mad about, but something finally clicked, all the flirty jokes with girls at school, her telling me all of her girl celebrity crushes. I smirked, shes already hella cool, but now, shes a hella cool gay. "Bitch? You told your blackmailing sister, but not me, cmon its me?! I feel offended." Vics face immediately was calm and she smiled then ran up into my arms and hugged me. I picked her up in happiness. "Thank you for being so supportive." She whispered in my ear. "Always". I kissed her on the cheek and the guys all joined the hug.

I could get used to being around these people.
