~Chaeyeong POV~
The next day, I walked into Korean class looking like I had just been bombed. I had random strands of hair sticking out of my ponytail, refusing to lie down. My eyes had lost its usual spark when coming to see my friends, and my eye bags were clearly visible despite my heavy use of foundation.
Minho shot me a look. "You look like hell." It almost sounded like a question.
I shot him a glare. "Wow, thanks." I stated sarcastically, shoving him out of his chair.
He merely laughed at me then turned his focus towards Ms. Kang, who had just walked in.
She gave us all a stern look, then announced to the class. "Every one of you should be sitting with your partners. Please move now."
Everyone grumbled angrily, shifting their seats and grabbing their things.
I quickly picked up my books to move to my assigned table, then I realized - "...Minho and Areum, Chaeyeong and Felix."
Shit, shit, shit, shit. The amount of profanity going through my head was immeasurable at the moment. I had insulted Felix in a very straight-forward manner just yesterday, and now I have to sit with him for the rest of the semester? Definitely lucky (note the sarcasm).
I walked over silently to where my table-mate was already seated, my limbs stiff. I plopped down next to him and set my books on the desk, the tension evident. He had a monotone expression, and when I glanced at him, he quickly averted his gaze and started looking at the words on the board. I almost felt guilty as I turned my attention towards my fingers, as they had suddenly become interesting. The lack of sleep was seriously getting to my head as well, since the words coming out of Ms. Kang's mouth sounded very much like gibberish.
A few minutes later, I was already done with Ms. Kang's lecture. Swiping through posts on my phone sounded much more entertaining.
"-So what would the prefix or suffix for the word innocent be? Who would like to answer? Mr. Lee?" Ms. Kang called, adjusting her glasses.
I turned to the blonde-haired boy to see what he would answer, then I realized that he had fallen asleep. His serene figure lay there, eyes closed and mouth slightly parted. His hair had fallen right above his eyelids and it took all my willpower not to gently brush it away. I quickly nudged him a few times to wake him. He jolted up, his hair sticking up in random directions and his ears processing what he had just heard.
"I-uh, um, what...was the question?" He asked sheepishly, cringing as some people started to snicker.
Ms. Kang heaved a loud sigh. "We will discuss this matter after class, Mr. Lee."

After the bell rang, I gathered my things and proceeded to head to my next class. A certain voice stopped me dead in my tracks.
"Ms. Min, could you please stay for a moment?" Ms. Kang called, waving me over to where Felix was seated. I walked over and put my backpack on the floor, sitting down nervously.
Ms. Kang cleared her throat. "So the reason I have asked you two to stay concerns Mr. Lee's struggles with Korean."
Oh shit. Anything concerning Felix was not a good idea. I fidgeted restlessly and waited for Ms. Kang's next sentence.
"Since you two are partners, and since Ms. Min's Korean as well as English is at a decent level, I have assigned her as your-" She paused. "-you could say tutor."
