MACKENZIE LETS A BREATHLESS chuckle slip past her lips as jack's eyes admire her softly, her finger presses against her lips as she smiles widely at him
"you look pretty" he says softly, a small chuckle slipping past his lips - "you look pretty too," mackenzie replies with a gentle smile as her fingers thread through his hair, before his body lays besides hers, his bare skin pressing against her side as he wraps his arms around her, the female smiling gently as she rubs his arm with her thumb gently, "i like laying next to you..." she whispers, a small hum slipping from jack as he places a gentle peck on her forehead, "i love laying next to you too." he says before sleep pulled him into a peaceful drift, mackenzie letting a small sigh slip past her lips.
she felt like a teenager, falling completely head over heels for her first ever boyfriend - who in the end really didn't matter much but mackenzie felt like she was stuck in an endless honeymoon phase with jack, the male causing her cheeks to flush - like his small gestures, like buying her coffee and visiting her at the studio, the male inviting her for breakfast before training, or buying her flowers and sending them to her house when she couldn't meet him.
he seemed like the perfect man in mackenzie's head, feeling safe and warm in a man's arms were new to her - ever since brandon started treating her like a pile of utter trash a few years back - she never felt beautiful, worth something but jack fixed that with simple words, complimenting her even in the earliest hours of the day when they meet for breakfast or even at the latest hours.
the female felt herself drift off into a peaceful sleep, jack's silk covers and his body heat keeping her rather warm.
