NARUTO POV

The door to borutos room flew open and I heard a loud thud filled by a scream then silence. I ran into the room and saw that Boruto had been hit by the door and now was on the ground unconscious and bleeding heavily. I yelled down for Hinata and picked up Boruto. Hinata ran up stairs and immediately saw Boruto. "Can you try and stop the bleeding?" I asked her and she looked back. "No, I can slow it down." she said and hovered her hands over Boruto. The bleeding seemed to have lessened when she quit and looked at me. "What happened?" I stared at my son. "He got slammed by the door I think..." hinata listened not sounding satisfied with my awanser. "He has healed himself before?" She asked. I nodded and held him tightly carrying him to his bed. I laid him into the bed and sighed. I walked over to his training pouch and found some bandages. I pulled them out and began to wrap his head. I saw him flinch as I touched his head but he shouldn't mind. I finished up wrapping it and stepped away and smiled. "Bye Boruto." I said softly before leaving

Boruto POV

"Wha-" I said when I woke up with a throbbing headache. I held my head and got up to walk over to my desk to pull out my mirror. I held it close to my face and let out a small gasp. I lifted my hand up to my hair and stocked through a white patch. "Huh..." I must have hit my head hard. J said as I went back to bed. Morning came and I could hear mom down stairs cooking. Mmhhh I thought as I smelled her famous eggs. I smiled and headed down the stairs. "Your up early." Mom said as she saw my slippers. I waved sleepily and sat at the table. Mom turned around when she saw my hair. "Whar did you do to your hair?!" She yelled as she turned off the stove and came towards me. "NOTHING!" I shouted. I heard footsteps and dad came running downstairs throwing his hokage coat on. "Hunny your breakfast!" Mom called and dad ran in and grabed the paper bag before seeing me. "What happened to you?" He asked I shrugged "I don't know I said I woke up like this!"

Dad stared at me for a second. "Its fine. Let's go" dad said "wh y me?!" I asked louldly.

"Becuase!" I stared at him seriously. "Give me a good reason..." I said with a nasty tone. "Becuase your going  to be replacing Inojin on a joint mission with team 10." I lot up a mission?! With Shikadai and cho cho?! "Thanks dad!" I yelled jumping into his arms.
