"Is everyone ready for the presents?" Louis asks and walks towards the Christmas tree.
"Yes!" Liam replies in excitement and follows him.
"I want to start!" Louis yells in excitement and hands Harry his gift. "Merry Christmas, Hazza" Louis wishes him and hands him a paper.
"What's tha- oh.. oh! You bought a house!?"
"I bought US a house"
"Oh my god! That's amazing, Lou!" Harry says in excitement and jumps into his arms.
"Do you want to move in with me, Haz?" Louis asks and wraps his arms around him.
Harry replies with an "Of course!" which causes Louis to kiss him.
Zayn stares at them in awe. Everything seems to be so easy between them, he wishes he had that. You see, Zayn has been in love with Liam for years now, but nothing has ever happened between them, so he's planning on telling him today. He wants to tell Liam that he likes him.
Louis hands everyone their gifts and now it's Zayn's turn. Zayn hands everyone their gifts and stops in front of Liam, handing him his gift, but not letting go of it just yet. He opens his mouth and shuts it again, letting go of the gift and walks to the others.
Liam looks at him and thanks him, opening his gift. It's a photo album. Of them. Liam and Zayn. He smiles and goes through the album, frowning when he sees the last page. 'Talk to me when you see this' He looks at Zayn with furrows brows, but decides to go to him. "Hey.."
"Hey, Li.."
"I read the last page?"
"Oh.. right. So I guess you looked at it?" Zayn asks him nervously.
"Yes, it was really cute, thank you"
"Alright, I'm just going to say it. Maybe it's another present for you, but it can also be a problem.. I like you, Li. I have been in love with you for years now.. I'm gonna leave now, you can do anything you want with that information.." Zayn tells him quickly and starts to walk away.
"Zayn" Liam mumbles and catches his wrist, pulling him towards his chest. He stares at Zayn for a few seconds before he kisses him.
Zayn is surprised and doesn't react at the beginning, but kisses back after a few seconds.
They continue to kiss for a while, but need to pull away, since they need to breathe.
"You have no idea how long I've been waiting for that" Zayn whispers with his eyes still closed.
"I've been waiting for it too, Zee. I'm in love with you, but I was scared to make the first move. I'm so glad you did it"
Zayn smiles at him and pecks his lips again. "Me too.. Merry Christmas, Li"
