( This takes place about 2 weeks after they've moved in )

Tommy had gotten pretty used to the routine of;

- Wake up

- Do anything before 5PM for work.

-Get to the Coffee shop

-Greet Niki (Sometimes Hannah)

-Do his shift

-Close the shop

- Make his way back home

Yet today was different.

He'd been awoken to shouts outside of his apartment. What was going on? There were two people who he didn't recognise arguing outside the door.

"You can't... ... ...new Vigilantes! ... ... ...betray us?! Did you... ... ... identities?" That was all he could make out through the walls. He decided to get up and head off to work early ignoring what he had just heard happen. It didn't seem like the morning, but didn't seem too late either.

He'd get changed, and then throw his bag over one of his shoulder. It was a white and red bag, with a few Animal Crossing pins stuck on. As he unlocked the door, the arguing paused.

"Why's a kid like you in an apartment alone?" One of the people he'd heard arguing said. He had white eyes. It looked like he had no pupils, which felt impossible but if powers were possible most things will be.

"I'm not a kid , First of all. Second, I live with my two friends, so not alone, Big Man." Tommy replied as he locked the door to the apartment.

"Where are you headed to?" The other, younger, had said. It was almost like an interrogation.

"Uhhh. Work? Why would you need to know? I'm just a random 'kid' who lives in an apartment building." Tommy stared at both for a long moment before starting to walk off. That was a lie from Tommy though.

Tommy didn't start work now, he started in the afternoon.

He decided to go to the coffee shop anyway, he had nothing better to do. He might see Hannah, she was usually looking over the shop earlier in the day. He took the longer route to the coffee shop as he had time to spare, after all he wasn't late. Also, he hadn't seen this part of the city since the first week here, as he didn't know the shortcut to the coffee shop.

-----------------------------------

As he entered, a little bell rung. That hadn't been there the other night.

"Hi Tommy!" Niki greeted him as she heard the little bell ring.

"Hi Niki. How have you been?" Tommy said in reply to her. He walked up to the desk which had a small display of different doughnuts and biscuits.

The coffee shop had beige walls, one darker behind the counter. Close to the ceiling, on the walls there was a much darker strip across all of the walls.

There were many windows making it nice and bright in the day.

Many round, mahogany tables stood in the middle of the shop and some matching rectangular ones pushed to the walls under the windows.

There were also fairy light hung across the walls on the strip, hanging down onto the windows, they gave a nice glow when it got dark. The lights were aranged in an order, coffee cup, small star, Etc.

Behind the counter was a chalk board. Yes, it may have been quite old Tommy liked it. He liked the time of day where he could draw a new type of coffee cup in the corner.
