Suga stood at the top of the tallest building in the Three Cities -- ironically, it was the one that held the offices of the HAO Ledger, her job -- and surveyed the work his Boys had done in the night. He had put the word out: anyone affiliated with or found helping the Hoodlum Squad would be destroyed. Completely. Utterly. A twisted, wolfish grin split his lips, all of his teeth showing as smoke rose into the night. The sounds of multiple sirens drifted up to him from the streets, and he tucked his hands into his pockets. Dozens of fires burned in the three cities. Even across the river, places in the suburbs were columns of flame and dark, billowing smoke. The whole of the Three Cities was choking with it.

A small laugh escaped the Boss as he heard footsteps draw near and Taehyung politely cleared his throat.

"We still can't lock in to her bracelet, Suga," V said, voice quiet. "Maybe they have a Faraday Cage or are running some sort of electronic interference. And they turned her phone off, so I can't ping it. Their headquarters are completely abandoned, as you know." He bit his lower lip, running a hand through his hair. "Wherever they have her, we'll find it. Especially after...this." Tae hadn't seen this side of the Boss in a long, long time. The last time he had been this vicious was when a group of upstarts had taken the then-young Jungkook and beat him half to death. Yoongi had gone out in the night, and the next morning, a dozen men were found, hanged by their necks off of the bridge over the river. Tae swallowed. He didn't like giving Suga bad news when he was in this mood; not because he was afraid of him, but because he wanted to do everything he could to help.

"Someone will give them up, V. Burning to death is a bad, bad way to go." Suga turned from the edge of the building to look at his maknae, his dark eyes hard. His gaze flicked out once more over the Cities; she was out there, somewhere. Trapped. Alone. Scared. Wondering where the fuck he was. And this was all he could do for the moment. "Where's Kookie?"

"Downstairs in that empty floor. He was out hunting down stray Hoodlums and now he's questioning them. Roughly." A savage grin split the younger man's face. "I could hear the screams two floors up," he said.

"Good," Suga replied. "Let's go keep him company."

"Oh, God, stop, stopstopstoppleaseplease," it came out as a hoarse, weak croak. Jungkook had done a number on the man's vocal chords. His precision was amazing; nearly on par with a surgeon's hand. Suga stood back and watched as his youngest member straddled the Hoodlum zip-tied to the chair. Jungkook hummed happily as he gripped the man's ear between thumb and forefinger, and with a flick of his wrist, drew the wickedly sharp, curved blade in a straight line down, parallel to his cheek. The Hoodlum's ear was sliced clean off; he screamed so loud that his voice cracked, and his chin dropped to his chest as he passed out. Jungkook arched an eyebrow and flung the disembodied ear to the floor with a wet thwick.

"Pussy," he said, flicking the blood off his knife. Just then, he noticed the Boss and V in his peripheral vision; the latter looking a bit green. He turned, eyes shining. "Hi, Boss!" Jungkook trotted over to Suga and took off his black, blood-drenched gloves, slipping them into his belt.

"Anything?" Suga asked.

"Mmm, yes and no," Jungkook replied. "I know she's being held somewhere in Osan. The slug knows that much, but I don't think he knows exactly where Lucky is." His face fell, and he chewed on his lip. "I've got three more Hoodlums to play with, so we'll see if they can narrow it down." He looked over at the men in question. They were tied up together, and Hobi stood over them, gun drawn. JHope turned and waved at Suga, who nodded in greeting.
