„Ding Dong"

As soon as Taeyeob heard his doorbell ring, he almost ran to open the door. Today was new years eve and his best friends plus his boyfriend would come over to his house. Taeyeob opened the door as fast as he could and smiled when he saw Yongsoo, Junhyung and Sungho.

„Come in guys, I'm glad you're here. Sit down for a moment, we'll wait for the others" he said while letting them inside. When his three friends sat down in the living room, Taeyeob went to get them some drinks. As soon as he gave them their drinks, the doorbell rang for the second time. „I'll be back in a minute" Taeyeob said while giving them a quick smile before heading to the door.

When he opened it, he saw Jisung and Wookjin looking at him with a wide smile. „My favorite couple~ come in", Taeyeob said. His two friends just smiled and went in. „Oh, Kyubin wanted me to tell you that he'll be here in a few minutes. He just wanted to get something before coming here.", the leader said. Taeyeob just nodded and lead them to the others in the living room.

„AYO WASSUP" Junji shouted when he saw Jisung and Wookjin. Within minutes, they were deeply in a conversation how weird it is to sleep in hotel rooms because of the things people might do on the beds (that was a random thought of my brain), until the doorbell rang for the third time this day.

Suddenly, Taeyeob jumped off the couch and ran to the door in sonic speed. He opened the door faster than ever before and hugged Kyubin, who was definitely not surprised. „Hello my love~", the older said while placing a soft kiss on Taeyeob's forehead. „I missed you so much", the younger said, still hugging his boyfriend tightly. Kyubin giggled softly while putting his arms around his boyfriend's waist, pulling him closer. „You didn't see me for like.. two days, hun." Taeyeob looked up, his eyes meeting his boyfriend's. „I don't care. It felt like an eternity.", he said, pouting a little.

„Hey you lovebirds, would you mind coming in now? It's getting cold in here", they heard Wookjin lowkey shouting from the living room. Taeyeob nodded and slowly let go of Kyubin. After the older took his shoes and jacket off, they walked into the living room together. „KYU HYUNG", Junji greeted him, the older just shook his head in disbelief, but couldn't hold back his laughter before sitting down on the sofa.

„So.. where did we stop talking?", Yongsoo asked. „We were talking about hotel rooms and the beds in it, dumbass", Taeyeob replied, snuggling into Kyubins lap (pls y'all, I know there are some people who share the same braincells as me, don't think of it in a dirty way. At least try imagining it in a cute way. Thanks 💀). The oldest put his arms over his boyfriend's shoulders and looked at the others with semi-confused expression. „You were talking about hotel rooms?", he asked. „Yeah, we were basically just talking about how weird it is to sleep in hotel's beds because ya know..? The things people could do on this bed.", Jisung answered his question.

Kyubin nodded, and the conversation for about an hour. Until Sungho took a look out of the window. „Guys, it's snowing..", he said while smiling like the sunshine he is...

Yes, I admit it. I'm bad at cuts BUT: there is a reason why this story is called melting snowman. So ye. Also, don't mind typos cuz I wrote most of this at night and just finished it. I love y'all <3
