...Gregory. Gregory, can you hear me? Wonderful. I need you to remember, Gregory. I know it will be difficult, but I know you can do it. When the pizza Plex burnt down, did he escape as well? ....please, please say something. Gregory.... Gregory...

"Gregory!" The child shot up in bed, a cold sweat covered him. Looking to his side was a very worried Freddy. The room was dark, and the alarm clock read 2:13 AM. "Gregory! Thank goodness, I was so concerned!" Gregory looked around. Nothing was out of the ordinary. He was in his room, in his house. Maybe...was the closet always that open? He could've swore he closed it before bed. Before bed? When did he fall asleep? He doesn't remember.
"Dad?? What happened?" Freddy hugged his son, the moonlight shining through the window.
"You where talking in your sleep, and soon enough you started yelling... Was it a nightmare again?" Gregory nodded. Nightmare, huh? He doesn't remember his nightmare. Who was it talking to him? The voice was deep, but he couldn't place it. Glancing over to the calendar, he saw a few balloons on the date.

Friday, The party.

Why did he feel anxious? It must still be nerves. Gregory had sat awake in his room until 5:35, unable to go back to sleep after his dream. What was that? He thought. And why am I still hung up over it? Now isn't the time to be over analysing things...but...
Tap tap tap.

Was that his window? No, no, it couldn't have been. It must've been the trees outside. Surely, there was nothing...

tap tap tap.

No, no that was most definitely something. Something was out there, and trying to get in. Gregory had closed his curtains after getting spoked earlier by is dream, and he figured he wouldn't be having issues.

TAP TAP TAP TAP TAP.

Go away. Go away, I won't let you in! This our home...our place... I don't....

"Hmm...seems like no one's home then... Kekekeke...." A dark, creepy, raspy voice spoke from outside the window. He glanced over, noticing a tall, humanoid figure leaving the window. Gregory picked up a baseball bat and ran through the house, looking for Freddy's room. Climbing down the stairs, he saw his dad in the living room, looking out the window.
"D-Dad!! I heard something on my window!! I-It spoke, and i-"

Knock Knock!

The front door knocked, and Gregory felt his blood run cold. Freddy nodded at Gregory, and opened the front door.
"Mr. Alton? What are you doing here this morning?" Gregory peered from behind the couch. The man was in fact there.
"Hey Freddy! You haven't happened to see Liz anywhere, right?" Freddy shook his head, looking past the man outside.
"No, did something happen?" The dark man sighed, clutching his head.
"We found the front door open this morning, and we haven't been able to find her..."

"Dad!!" Mikey came running up to the door, dragging along an annoyed Liz. "I found her! She was waaaaay far into the woods behind our house!" William turned around, grabbing up the bitey girl and examining her.
"Lizabeth! Where did you go? Did someone take you?" She whined, thrashing around.
"I was playing with my new friend!! He even gave me candy, look look!" The girl stuffed her hands in her pockets, revealing several yellow and blue wrapped, slightly singed candies. Freddy made some electronic noise, seemingly realizing something.
"Liz, may I inspect those for a moment?" The girl put them back in her pockets, sticking her tongue out.
"Never!! I know if I hand it to you, you won't give it back!!" She then took off running towards another group of kids, picking up a dinosaur toy on the way. William sighed, running his hands in his hair.
"Sorry about the hassle you two... Didn't mean to disturb! I mean, at least I found her, but should we call the cops?" Freddy shook his head.
"No, I don't think that will be necessary. Those candies are harmless." He quieted down so little, even Gregory could just barely hear him. "Besides, theres only two people I know with those candies..." Standing taller, he smiled at the man. "Just do not let her eat the yellow ones at night. they are filled to the brim with caffeine."
