Chapter 6: regrets..

[Nora's POV]
I hear the door open, and I wake up in a dizzy-like state. It was Chara entering the room. What happened last night... Why does my left arm hurt a bit?
"Are you feeling alright? After what, you did to your arm last night. I am pissed at you for hurting yourself. Why didn't you come and tell me that you had a nightmare? But no... You decided to cut yourself... From experience, it's a nasty habit... If you let it become one it will be hard to stop.." Chara states. I look down at my left arm and scream. Chara tells me that I should try and calm down. She then grabs my left wrist and glazes at me. She does not look happy... She looks very angry. Will saying sorry even help?
"I..." I can't seem to say anything... I just stay silent... I never want to do that again! She then grabs onto my hand and drags me out of the bedroom. Sans is on the couch and is staring at me and Chara.
"Kid... Are you alright I heard screaming from where you were sleeping?" Sans says, he then sees that Chara is pissed.
"Did something happen between you two or something?" He asks. Chara gives him the death stare.
"Comedian... it's none of your concern! It's not of your fuck business on what happened last night.." Chara says in a cold tone. Sans then lifts Chara a bit off the ground.. which causes her to let go of my hand.
"Kid.. can you please let me check your left arm... I thought I saw something on it." He asks me and starts to panic.
"Don't you fucking touch her sans!" Chara shouts at Him. He grabs my arm lightly and rolls up the sleeve to see cuts on it. His eyes go blank.
"Kid.. what caused you to harm yourself?" He asks.
"I had a nightmare where everyone was dead... but me... I was the only one alive.. it was... it was.." I start to Cry.
"Wow... kid... wow... calm down.. please! I have had nightmares about that too... it is called the Genocide route.. and Chara was the one who finished it..." Sans states. Chara let out a low growl. I don't understand.. What... Is... Happening... I blackout... All I could hear was Sans saying, kid. What felt like forever... I finally woke up. Sans, Papyrus, and Frisk were staring at me with concern. What happened... Wait I don't see Chara where did she go... Is she still mad at me?
"Oh thank goodness... You are alright!" Papyrus says. Frisk lets out a sigh of relief. I...
Chara walks into the room with an XL chocolate bar. Everyone looks at her, she walks over to me and hugs me. She then pets my hair... Sans look at her like "what the hell is she doing.."? Chara looks at me in the eyes. She grabs my face and pulls me in for a kiss, I close my eyes.
Chara moves away.
"I am sorry for you getting mad at you like that... I just don't want to lose you... The idea of that just... I don't want to think about that... Because I love you.." Chara confesses. Sans looks like he wants to throw up. Is sans ok? Chara grabs my hands. I feels happy?
"I want you to be my girlfriend." Chara says to me.. Sans, Frisk, and papyrus walk out of the room. I felt my body froze as Chara said those words.. I.. I.. This is all happening so quickly! I don't know what to say.. I look up from my tights and see Chara glaring at me waiting for an answer.
"You know you have to answer right away right? Just take your time, I will be patient with you.." Chara states. She opens the XL chocolate bar, she hands me some of it.
"Remember?" She says.. I get all flustered and she laughs. I slowly eat the chocolate. This is nice. Sans and Frisk walk into the room.
"Kid... We need to heal those cuts. If you have a nightmare again just come and talk to us about it alright?" Sans explains. Chara grabs my left arm and pulls down the sleeve. She looks upset and her smile disappears. Did she use to self-harm? She then puts the chocolate bar down and hugs me.
".. Hey.. I think she wants some space... Demon.." Sans looks at Chara with blank eyes, Charas eyes go black.
"Heh! No! I LOVE her! I just want to make her feel better, that all. What I am-" Chara stops speaking for a moment. Sans then just sighs. Chara then let's go, and Frisk walks over to me. Chara looks a bit annoyed with something.
"Me and sans want to talk to you for a moment." Frisk whispers. I follow Sans and Frisk into the kitchen. Chara let out an unpleasant sound as I left to room.
"Kid... Frisk is worried about you... I told her what you did." Sans explains to me in a calm voice. I look over at Frisk, she looks back at me.
"You probably had a nightmare about the genocide run... Was anyone there with you?" Frisk asks. I try to remember the nightmare. Frisk then puts some type of liquid on my cuts it kind of burns a bit. After a few seconds, the cuts are gone.
" I remember seeing a shadow.. I felt strange looking at it... I also felt scared.. The figure said that it was only doing this to protect me.. Then then saw who it was.." I look down at the ground in worry.
"Who was it..?" Sans asks, I start to shake a bit.
"Those eyes... Those red eye.. Looking at me.. Looking into my soul.." I try saying without trying to shake more.
"Was it that demon?" Sans asks.
"Sans please don't call Chara that.. I am the one who made her that way!" Frisk shouts at him.
"I believe it was her.. Since near the end of the dream.. She was right in front of me.. Her.. Her smile gave me chills and her eyes..." I say... Sans and Frisk look into the room where Chara is sitting. Chara looks at them with the death stare. I then walk out of the kitchen. Frisk stops me.
"Please don't trust her... Who knows what she will do? I am just worried about you!" Frisk then hugs me. She sees Chara staring at her in anger. Frisk then let's go.
"Oh Nora.. Are you done talking with them yet? Come sit by me.." Chara says but her voice sounds more unsettling. Her eyes followed me the whole way to the couch. I sit down, Frisk walks out of the kitchen and sits next to me.
"So.. What will be your answer? Nora?" Chara asks.
"Chara give her time to think about it, ok" Frisk states. Chara flicks something that Frisk's head.
"O-ow! What was that for?" Frisk rubs her head.
" I am just teasing you ok.." Chara then opens the rest of her chocolate bar and starts to eat it.

[Chara's POV]
What did they tell her?. Why I am getting so pissed right now? Wow.. I slowly munch on the chocolate bar. Taking bites out of it. Maybe Sans said what Frisk made me? Or that I shouldn't be trusted? The only person that I don't trust is sans, because I hate him. I shouldn't even worry. Humans are all the same they are filthy disgusting creatures... And yet I confessed my feelings to one.. I don't understand why I feel this way.. Why hasn't she said that wants to be mine already?
