Dare: Make a character meet his/her future self.
Randy woke up, and got out of bed. Today was going to be a good day, at least he thought. He walked into his kitchen, and made himself a bowl of oatmeal. He finished eating, and was greeted by his dog, Marcus Arelius VII. He put a leash on Marcus Arelius VII, and walked out the door. He was halfway down the street when suddenly, a stop sign exploded. Out of the rubble came a cyborg dog, and it stood on it's hind legs and spoke.
"Greetings, Marcus Arelius VII, I am Marcus Arelius the seven and a halfth. I am you from the future, and I have come to give you some priceless information."
"Hey, am I part of-" said Randy.
"Shut up, foolish human! Your race is reduced to slaves in the future, so do not deny me!" Exclaimed the dog, pulling a strange looking key ring out of it's- wait, do dogs wear clothes? Whatever. Moving on!
"What is that key supposed to do, lock your car? Do dogs even have ca-"
The cyberdog pointed the key at Randy, and in an instant, Randy was laying on the ground bound and gagged.
"Now, Marcus Arelius VII, come with me, and I will make all your dreams come true!"
The future version of Randy's dog held the key in the air, and from the sky came two beeps, like a car unlocking. Within a few seconds, a mechanical unicorn came down from the sky and landed next to the two dogs.
"Let us go, Marcus Arelius VII"
Marcus Arelius VII stood up on his hind legs, and said, "Yes. Let us go and conquer the human race!"
The two dogs climbed onto the unicorn, and it shot off into the sky, leaving only a small cloud of rainbow-coloured smoke.

HumorIn this, I won't be writing an actual story, but I am using prompts from the Dare Machine on ywp.nanowrimo.org to write the chapters.
