Chapter 12 DVP

CHAPTER 12

“O My Gawd Is that you Lance! I’ve missed you so much!” I yelled so happy! Then I realised what this meant… me going back.

"Listen I’m really sorry for running away but please don’t make me go back!” I said

“Gracie?” He said

“You have to take me back don’t you” I said looking at my feet. His hands came under my Chin pushing my face up so that I looked at him.

“Gracie you know I have to! I will be nice though and let you pack up and say goodbye. Oh and by the way do you know where Chanel is” – He looked at my face and I guess it gave away that I did.

“God Gracie do you know how bad this has been first the Vampire Princess runs away THEN her best friend The Faerie Princess Runs away too!”

“I know, I know but we just needed to get away for a bit”

“I know and i get it but do you know how distraught your parents are heck your dad’s even put out a Reward to ALL Supernatural Creatures, heck he's got Psychics working non stop trying to find out where you are and that you're ok”

“ok, ok. Well I can’t just leave right know! I’m the lead in my Ballet and Chanel’s just met- uh Chanel just me her Mate?”

“ok but you do have to come back!”

“ok so how about this Our school year ends in 2 weeks and we do our Performance  In a week  and Chanel mentioned that Mum’s holding her Debutante Ball that weekend so we will surprise everyone and turn up to that?”

He takes a deep breath,

“Ok but I am getting a royal car (a sleek black stretch Hummer :D) and I will pick you girls up at 6 so you girls better be ready and you better not run away or well I will mention this to your Father as well as that it was you guys who toilet papered the Hall! Ok?’

“ok” I said and I meant it.

I had missed Home. I had lived my dream, Now it was time I went home and took up my Responsibilities.

“Ok now all the bad stuff is over, what have you been up to these last few years?”

“Well….” So I told him all about my time here at school and how great it was working with all these amazing dancers. I then spoke about how I was the lead in Swan Lake and about my Hip Hop group. I then asked

“So, Um How’s Harrison, I heard he was taking it bad and then Chanel left too-“ I trailed off

“Uh yeah well Harrison has locked himself in his room and will not speak to anyone, of course Jasper can still speak to him through yeah the wolf brain thingo, He is acting like a child but really can you blame him his two best friends are missing”

I instantly felt bad

“I know and I feel really bad for doing this to him, If you see him can you say ‘Silly Orange Red Ring Yellow, Fun Rule Igloo Extra Never Dearest Sorry? Cover Ultra Brave After Laugh Live.’” I say using the Code me and Harrison made up when we were 10, All the happy memories of annoying Chanel by speaking in that Language Oh by the way I said ‘Sorry Friends? C U Ball.’

I then said goodbye to Lance and left. Heading back up to my room now not in the mood to Dance, More in the mood to sit and Cry. SO I did exactly that. And that is how Chanel found me Hours Later, Curled up in Bed Crying.

Chanel’s P.O.V

“Hey!” I yelled as I walked back into Gracie’s Apartment Smiling from ear to ear just by thinking about Eli :D
“O My God Gracie! What Happened?” I yelled as soon as I saw her curled up crying. What could have happened to make her this sad? The last time she was this upset was when her dog died when she was 8!
