Ok well a Number of people have said to Please continue and so I'm just going to make this all clear. It WILL continue in the next book Vampire Princess to Vampire Queen Book 2 of the Vampire Princess Series (this being book 1) I will upload a sneak preview later on today / tonight of that as well as a sneak preview of book 3 - The Life of the Teenage Vampire Princess - In Gracie's Daughter's POV.

CHAPTER 16
Tonight is the Big Night, Tonight is Performance Night! Argh! I’m freaking out! What if I meet Him Tonight and stuff up, what if He’s not there and I’m disappointed because the Spirit didn’t say which Performance! Argh! Ok Calm Down Gracie Just Breathe! Ok, Relax and Just Dance.
“Ok Ladies You’re Up! Make Me Proud!” Says Miss and I hear the boys getting a similar speech from their teacher.
We head up and Take our spots on Stage, ready to perform the dance we have Practiced and Danced for Months…..

Before I know it we are done. We are done! O my God Yay!!! It went down perfectly. I go over and hug Elijah then leave him be as Chanel comes in Giving me a Big Hug and saying how Amazing our performance was before moving on to speaking with Elijah as I head over to Jesmine, Ainsley, Kymmie and All the Other Girls.
“Heyy! I can’t believe it’s over!” I say
“I know! O my God Gracie, I’m Going to Miss You!” Kymmie says hugging me.
Before I know it we are all in a Group hug with a Heap of I’ll miss you Gracie.
“I’ll miss all you guys too. We have to meet up in around a month or so, before school starts.” I say holding back tears. I have had a great 2 years hear NYAB, I have made some great friends and I will truly miss them.
Ok, OK No crying. Say you’re good byes and speak to them soon Ok
“Ok guys, well I’ve got to go, I’m so Happy but I’m also really tired I just want to plonk down on my bed and fall asleep but I will see you all soon.” I say as I Head to grab my bag and walk out with Elijah and Chanel trailing behind me.
“O My God, None of these dresses say Vampire Princess at Fancy Ball!” I say as I walk out of the dressing room in about dress no. 150.
“Ok Last few Dresses then I’ll just…,” Chanel says doing a magic wand sign meaning her ability, “And get you an Amazing dress. Ok?”
“Ok fine,” I say walking back into the dressing room taking the first one with me. This dress is white; it comes in at my belly showing some skin before going into a nice frayed skirt. It IS Gorgeous that I have to admit, I head out to show Chanel.
As I walk out Chanel’s jaw drops, “Ok that dress is made for you! You look absolutely Gawjuss”
I smile happily, I had found my Dress and so had Chanel, her dress was……..#####
We bought our dresses and headed back home, It was 1 o’clock we had 2 hours before Elijah got here then a further 15 minutes before Lance was supposed to pick us up. We did our hair, mine was straightened Chanel’s was ###### we had done our makeup, our dresses were on and If I do say so myself we look Fabulous!
*Knock, Knock*
“That will be Elijah,” Chanel says happily, skipping over to get the door.
“Hey-llo, well you look Beautiful, Even more so than usual if that’s possible” I hear Elijah say. I can almost hear Chanel smiling.
“Come on you love birds let’s head downstairs, Lance will be here In a minute.”
As we make it downstairs the Stretch Hummer pulls up, You can see Everyone nearby looking at the Shiny Black Car and at Us. Lance steps out of the Driver’s seat and Opens the door for us.
“Heyy Lance,” Chanel and I say together laughing. Elijah is Glaring at Lance, Back off she’s mine is clear in his eyes. Ignoring Elijah’s glare he looked at us and spoke,
“Hey Ladies, You look stunning as always, Gracie I gave Harrison your message and he instantly walked out of his room and has been getting ready for this ball ever since, I have No Idea what you said but whatever you did it worked.” He said Getting in the driver’s seat and starting the car. It would be a long drive as The Castle has to be away from prying eyes so is about 2 hours away.
This earned me a confused look from Chanel so I explained,
“I told him in the code language we made up when we were ### that I was sorry and that I was coming to the ball,”
“Oh so that’s what you said,” Said Lance. During this whole conversation Elijah had been looking clueless so I explained.
“Lance here is one of the Royal guards at the Castle where all the Royal families in America Live, Harrison is Chanel and My self’s Best Friend who is the Werewolf, when I left he was extremely upset because well we were extremely close so then when Chanel left as well, He was so upset he would not leave his room, which is extremely bad seeing as he is the Werewolf prince and his dad is trying to train him to be The Alpha, It doesn’t help that his Beta Skylar can still talk to him through his head as well as his Dad, He may be able to block out the rest but he can’t block out those too, Well yeah so when I ran into Lance the other week and we decided on letting me stay and doing our Performance and coming back tonight, I told him to pass on the message to Harrison in our code and well it worked, You will meet him tonight.”
I finished speaking and let him take it all in; He had taken in a lot of Information this week.
To pass the time we played I spy, Scissors, Paper Rock and we played Windmills and White Horses (20 points if you spot a White Horse 5 points if you spot a Windmill) I won spotting a paddock with 5 White Horses in it, Before we knew it we were there, Cars were turning up regularly with all the Royals and Noble’s in the District.
Elijah’s Mouth open with a Popping sound as he stared up at my House, It is a Mansion! Well you could actually call it a Castle.
“Ok here goes nothing!” I mumble sarcastically to myself as Lance Opens the door and I step out with Chanel and Elijah at My Flanks.
