MAYBANK‎ ‏‏‎ ‎: ‏‏‎ ‎there it is, ladies and gentlemen! his nose just grew five inches, because that is the biggest lie i have ever heard!

❝ That kid over there? That's Romeo Montague, only child in the Montague family, fifth member in the Pogue family. Doubles up as our personal piggy bank too.

Now, while technically Romeo is a Kook, he started off as a Pogue, causing havoc with us four in the Cut before his dad landed a job beside Ward Cameron. They got rich, like insanely fast and moved out of the Cut just as quickly. Landed themselves one of the biggest damn houses I've ever seen, right next to the Capulets ( That little situation is a story for another day ).

I know what you're thinking— why is Romeo still with us? Truth is, I couldn't tell you. Nah, that's a lie, I could take a pretty good guess. He grew up the golden boy in Outer Banks, the one boy everyone had a crush on in Middle School... until he decided to stick with the Pogue life instead of turning into a stuck-up Kook. He was frowned upon, criticised, blah, blah... And Romeo's the type of person to do something just because he was told not to. Point is, dude's a Pogue, inside and out, and that won't change because he genuinely does not care to please anybody but himself. ❞

❝ Oh, her? That's Juliet Capulet, or as JJ would say, 'the hottest girl in the whole of Outer Banks'. Somehow he still thinks he has a chance with her even though she barely acknowledges him. She's a tricky one... An old soul, if you will. Truth be told, she reminds me of a damaged book. You know, with pages missing and a broken spine because you know it was once loved an insane amount.

Her family is ridiculously hellbent on having the perfect image. I mean, all you have to do is look at any of the Capulet kids and you can see the... I, I don't know what it is, but you can just see it. Dad died a couple of years back, which closed the family off, unsurprisingly. What happened? The police says robbery gone wrong, but no one knows. Romeo found Isaac Capulet after it had happened and what happens when the child of your rivalling family finds your dead husband? Everything just blows up.

Anyways, back to Juliet. You'd normally find her on the bench under the big oak just beside her dad's bakery, always with her guitar in hand as her glittery makeup sparkles in the sunset. What? I'm not going to lie and say I don't notice her. That would be like trying to ignore a rainbow at the end of the world. She's the type of girl you just can't help but pay attention to. ❞
