Information

Pachycephalosaurus are very chaotic and often fight within each other as they are the more passionate of fighting in the herbivore family and often the aggressor.

Courtship

When searching for a mate, Billies will choose to attempt to court highly aggressive Nannies. The Matriarch often proves the most attractive and coveted female in the herd. When a Billie finds a Nannie that interests him, he will begin following her around incessantly, chasing after her and guarding her space and food sources - as best as his cowardly nature will allow - from other Billies and Nannies.

Solitary

When a pachy is threatened, they may attempt to put up a front to dissuade their attacker by ramming into objects and mock charging or flee if the danger is too great. They will call incessantly at dawn and dusk in the hopes of a response before falling quiet until the next sunrise or set.

Beginning

Hatchling pachys are not seen moving until their near juvenile, and once they reach their Juvenile stage they are often seen battling their siblings or others of their age. Regardless of gender, kids nearing adulthood with hardening domes will mock brawl with one another as well as ram into rocks and logs.

Pack Mentality

Pachy herds can be found most often in territories with high altitudes with craigy edges they can climb and jump from to escape predation. Herds are always energetic and quite rambunctious. Both Nannies and Billies will engage in playful head butting matches with each other and against rocks.
