Niki's POV

Today is our birthday party. Although my birthday was technically two days ago. Jake thought it would be better if we celebrated both mine and Jukyeon's birthday today. I don't mind though. As long as she's happy.

"Happy Birthday Yeon!" I said as I shook her awake.

"Yay." She mumbled and turned the other way. This girl.

"This means you have to get up."

"No"

"Niki, why isn't she out the room yet?" Jungwon said and he walked in.

"She said no." He jumped on to the otherwise of her bed and pushed her off, making her fall off.

"Ay yo what's your deal!?" She yelled at him and I helped her up.

"Get up lazy. We have a whole day ahead of us."

We arrived at the sea side by 10 am. I was cold and none of us were prepared for this weather. Who decided on coming to the beach in December?

Apparently this cold beach made her happy. Cute.

Jukyeon's POV

"Remember when our parents brought us here when you turned 11? Dad ran after us and ended up falling."  Jungwon said. I miss that.

"Yeah and then mommy took us to Auntie's restaurant." Auntie Jing's food was my favorite. Well mommy's was first and then auntie.

"Thats where we're going next."

He grabbed my hand and we went back to the car. I didn't want to seem ungrateful so I said nothing. He's doing so much. I can't spoil this, but auntie won't want to see me.

"Yeon, do you feel ok?" Riki asked me and I nodded.

"Are you sure Jukyeon?" Is that- no,no it can't be. Shes out of my head now. I can't hear her anymore  right?

"Yeon we're here." Jay said. I stopped everyone from getting out of the car and they all looked me weird.

"Let's eat somewhere else. She might not be happy that we came unexpectedly." Especially today of all days. The most sinful day of them all.

"No she won't Jukyeon." Jungwon said.

"Jungwon I need to talk to you. Everyone stay." He gets out of the car and we walk far enough so that they don't hear us.

"What did you need to talk about?"

"We can't go in."

"Why?"

"I'm sorry to be rude, but are you forgetting that I murdered our parents 4 years ago this exact date."

"She doesn't know it was you."

"Oh she knows perfectly that it was me. She was there." He was speechless. It became very silent between us. The only sound was the cars passing and waves crashing.

"You know, I had almost forgotten that they passed. Having you back made me forget. I've tried to recreate the last birthday you had with them unknowingly. I want you to be happy Jukyeon. I missed you so much." He was tearing up and I hugged him.

"I know. I missed you three so much you don't understand."

"We should go before she sees us."

"Yeah-"

"Jukyeon? Jungwon? Is that really you?" We both turned to see her crying. Shit, we've been caught.
