**Lillies P.O.V.

Senior Year

"You know im there, Sandy," I said to my best friend on the phone.

"Yeah, I know. It just seems like whenever you and I have something planned, he ruins it."

"Oh Sandy. He means well and he treats me like a princess. Hes my own prince charming."

"Yeah. Who takes up all your time. Does he give you royal 'decrees'?"

"Come on, hun. You know I was just saying that. Its not like hes real royalty, but at least hes loyal."

"But, hes so controlling."

"Sandy? I dont know why everyone is telling me that, but im tired of saying hes not!"

"Lillie, he tells you whats what and bosses you around. He actually treats you like a puppet."

"He does not!"

"Okay, fine. I wont argue with you. I wont lose my best friend over a disagreement about him."

"Someday, Sandy, someday youll see Mark for the true man he is."

Yeah, someday youll see him for the real jackass that he is, thought Sandy. "So, amyways, my 18th party, still there?"

"You know it."

"Okay, good youre my right hand lady, you have to be there."

"And I will, I promise Sandy."

I didn't realize the day of my best friends big party, was also the day of my year and half anniversary, with my boyfriend, Mark.

"Okay, so dont forget, my place, and since the party starts at one, my right hand should be over about ten. Is that alright?"

"Yes, it is."

My mom, Andrea, called me from down stairs, "Lillie! Time for dinner, get washed up and come get food!"

"Okay! Hey I got to go, dinners ready. Ill see you at school tomorrow."

"Alright. Tell your mom I say hey. Talk to you later."

"Ok, bye. Oh and Sandy. You know I love you right? Very much so."

"Yes, hun, I do and I love you too."

"Bye."

"See ya."
