I was waiting for Lawrence, right outside my house at 5:00 PM. That same day at school we had a lesson on becoming a hero, about the rules of it and such; the responsibility it comes to become a hero. One of them was when you become a hero, you will also serve your country, like that'll ever come to place. So I waited outside the school, as everyone else left. I waited for Lawrence.

"Hey, what you waiting for? Come walk with us!" Jack says to me.

"No, it's fine. You guys go on your own." I tell them. Jack looked worried for a second, but he just turned back and everyone else went away. As soon as everyone else went away, Lawrence came crashing back down from the air, and pounding against the ground.

"Great. You ready?" He asked me, I look at my clothes and I knew I wasn't prepared.

"Not yet, I need something to change into!" I tell him.

"Yes, that's why I have a training outfit for you." He then pulls out a outfit that was red with streaks of blue around it. I go to pick up the outfit, and immediately I feel the immense weight of the outfit.

"What the?" I say as I try to pick up the outfit, I manage to pick it up but struggle to put it on.

"Yes, it's all weighted clothes. The shirt is 25 pounds, and the pants are also 25 pounds.that makes it 50 in total. The weight will increase the more you train. Everyday will be a day full of pain, anger, frustration, and maybe a little bit of sadness." He says to me. "Oh, and by the way. Here's my number. So we can keep in contact. And try not to let anybody know we're training together, except your parents." He tells me. Then I put his number into my phone, struggling due to the sleeves weighting me down. I then put on the pants, and I was ready to train.

"Okay, why the clothes anyways?" I ask him.

"Well, you see one reason is that all hero's must be physically fit. Unless their power doesn't allow them to, or it provides a disadvantage. But you see, even a hero without super strength must be strong too. That's why you'll begin with the very first steps, we won't work on your power until you prove yourself. You will be in a tight schedule for everyday to train your legs, chest, back, arms." He tells me.

"But.. I'm weak! I can't do it! Not with these weighted clothes!" I tell him.

"Stop it with that mentality! That'll only set you back, more and more! I'd you think you can't, then you won't. If you think you can, you will!" He had gotten a bit angry there. And so we first training in the park, starting with situps, not only was the clothes weighing me down by 50 Pounds, but a dumbbell was being used that was 50 pounds! It was only the first few reps when I began to quit, I thought I couldn't.

"5! Keep on going! Until 25! Go go!" He yelled at me.

"I... I can't... I don't think I can go." I say. Then I remember what he told me, about my mentality. "No... I can! I can! I have to be able to!" I yelled and I squat the weight, perfectly. It was a major challenge, I managed to do all 25. And my legs were killing me, I was on the floor. I payed down for only a few seconds, when I was risen back up by Lawrence.

"Okay, now it's calf raises! Wearing a 50 pounds back pack!" Lawrence then puts on a backpack that weighed heavy on my back, I almost fell from the weight and I struggled to lift it! But I rose back up to my feet. I ended up doing calf raises, struggling half way. "Don't give up! Everyone's sake matters on this, if you can't do these exercises, then your power is useless!"

"I can't! I can't!" I say as I try to raise myself as high as I can, people began looking at us in the park as we screamed.

"Do it... DO IT ABLE!" He yelled to me. Then I did it, with all my will. Then I collapsed to the ground.
